Mysterious rock

In the middle of the desert, just along the shoreline... A mysterious rock juts up out of the sand. It would be a normal everyday rock, if it weren't for the markings in the sand just in front of it. An incomprehensible language was scribbled in the sand.

OOC: I finally found it, thanks to someone.
IC: Worru walked slowly up to the rock, stopping just a few steps short of it to just fall down, face first, into the sand. After a minute or two of breathing, and somewhat eating, only the sand of Parapa, he slowly lifted himself up, looking first at the rock, then at the writing.
After registering the fact he had no idea whatsoever the writing meant, he let himself drop back into the sand, reaching into his pack for the book. After finding the book, he set it before him, open to some random page, and lifted himself up on his, now chafed, elbows, and leafed through the book, trying to find whatever language THIS writing was apart of.

OOC: Nice post!

And Sovelis told me you knew.
IC:
De-coded, the words read:
em pleh ,tsol m'I
What could that mean?
OOC: God I hate making short posts like this, I feel so helpless

Worru looked over the writing, after decoding it. What the heck does that mean? Sounds like a moblin trying to speak... he thought, before shooting his head up to look around. Whew, no moblins. Almost wet my pants after that... he added, sighing as he went back to the book. After reading the translation over and over again, he decided to write the English equivalent of it before himself.
After he was finished, he wrote it again, except backwards, as he realized what it meant. Help me, I'm lost...The first stone said something about a lost thing, didn't it? he thought, remembering the altar from before. Worru looked at both the stone, and at the water, wondering if the thing that wrote this had any connection to either.
