A a hooded figure stands in an empty castle early in the morning, a stout staff of Deku Wood in his right hand. "FIRE!" he roars as his left hand raises from his side. A fireball formed in his hand and zoomed at a dead tree, only to fizzle out before it reached it. "Hmm..So 30 yards is as far as it can go....Mabye if I poured more energy into the spell..."

Kasei was walking alone in the castle, carrying a body, his latest bounty.He was on his way to the bounty station, about halfway through the town, when he saw a hooded figure practicing a fire spell, Kasei's specialty. The mercinary-for-hire walked over to the man, then layed the body he was carrying on the floor. " Hey, whatcha doin?" Kasei asked, then proceded to aproach the figure.

Sovelis kept his hood up, so Kasei would't reconize him. "I'm training, I need to practice. I'm a participant in the grand tounement. " Sovelis said as he looked t the body Kasei had put down. "IS that a dead guy?"

"Why yes, yes it is." Kasei said, getting vloser. "My latest bounty, in fact, and a good source of money. Witch reminds me, have you ever seen a guy called sovelis? Ya see, he's next on my list, and I like finding my money fast." Kasei said, clearly not knowing who he ws talking to. He smiled an earnest smile, and walked back to is victim, waiting for his freinds reply.

OOC: Kasei doesn't know sovelis yet...

"And why do you seek to do me in? Who has a bounty on my head?" Sovelis said, pulling his hood back. His hair was tied back in a ponytail, but it was clean and shined. "I am Sovelis. Tell me who wants me?" Sovelis asked as he leaned on his staff.

"Well, that was a little too fast, even compared to my speed." Kasei said, smiling broadly. He picked up the body he had dropped on the floor earlier, and started towards sovelis. "Lets just say, there are a lot of people you apparently made enemies with...and most of them have high bounties on your head. And your bounty is probably the highest I was given, so I will enjoy this!" Kasei said, and when he finished, he took the legs of his captured bounty and swung, sending the body flying strait towards Sovelis.

"FIRE"! Sovelis threw a miniature version of hell at the body as he stepped aside. "There goes your bounty for him. Ya might want to put that out before he's well done!" Laughed Sovelis as he ran at Kasei, Tempest Blade sliding out of its sheath. "I may be a mage, but I'm the Tempest always!" he yelled as he slashed at the would-be bounty hunter with his mighty Katana.

In the instant the body caught flame, it was put out somehow. The next thing that happened was Sovelis swinging the tempest blade at Kasei, who was no longer there, instead, the body ws on the ground, and Kasei was behind his next bounty. "Hm, I got to admit, you look interesting, lets see what you've got!" The mercinary said, swinging his scimitar at Sovelis, aiming for the tempest's head.

"How'd you get behind me?" Sovelis asked calmly as he raised his left arm to block the scimitar. "you still haven't awnsered my question. WHO wants me dead?" he asked Kasei as he kicked at his foe behind him with his right leg.

"Heh," Kasei said, blocking the kick,"First, My moves are supersonic, so there's no way to see me when i'm moving. Second, it's a little guild who hired me, they go by the name of kage kaen, the shadow flame. They are an elite guild of shiekah warriors who reside somewhere in north castle, I was simply hired, it's my job." Kasei finished, apparently pleased.

Sovelis lept away from Kasei. "Nope. Never heard of them. I don't supose oyu can tell me WHY they want you to kill me, would you?" Sovelis said as he concentraited on his power. "SHIELD!" he cried outloud as he raised a barrier.

"My job is simply to bring in bounties, man, I don't know much else." Kasei sadid, then gathered all his energy into his fist, and punched right through the barrier!(OOC: that was for RP proposes) And the rebel flame was about to attack Sovelis directly when he clutched his chest, apparently in pain. " Dang it! Why now, of all times?" He cursed at himself, apparently having some sort of illness. " I guess i'll have to fight you another time, Sovelis..." The mercinary said, then picked up his bounty, and vanished.

OOC: like I said, that punch was for RP porposes, and could never happen in an actual stat battle...

"Okay...what the hell just happened?!?" Sovelis said as he looked around. "KASEI!!! AREN'T YA GONNA KILL ME?!?!" he yelled. "That was wierd. I'm getting out of here before he comes back!" he said as he sheathed his sword, picked up his staff, and ran like hell.
