Hyrule Adventures 2

You walk into the plains, and see a goron, near death. upon closer inspection, you see that it is Darmini! His sword lies next to him, and his blood is flowing out of him like a river!

Oh no. Darilan runs over to the collapsed Goron. He kneels down and summons a healing spell. Life, bring him life.

Alpha rushes over to where Darmini lies. Darilan kneels over him, trying out one of his spells. 'Oh, Goddesses,' Alpha thinks. 'If only I knew some of those healing spells...well, I can at least give Darilan some moral support.' He lays a hand on Darilan's back, as if it will transfer some of his energy to his fellow Sheikah.

Darmini starts breathing again. "Thank you. I could have died if you hadn't saved me." Darmini says weakily.

"Anytime," says the Sheikah. "I will always be around to help you."

"Agreed," Alpha concurs. "Give me a call if you ever run into trouble. Maybe next time I'll actually be able to do something..." he mutters. Alpha feels terrible about not knowing any healing spells, and decides to learn some soon.

"We are all in big trouble. He has the Power Medallion, and the Sword of Darkness. If I don't get the Power Medallion back soon, he could rule all of Hyrule!", Darmini says, still weakened by his battle with Darkel.

Alpha looks at the Goron, confusion evident on his face. "And what is this Power Medallion?" It is obviously some sort of medallion that grants a person great power, but they will need more than just names of items if they are to help Darmini get it back.

OOC:You were right, it is a medallion that grants its holder great power, but it is much more.
IC:"The Power Medallion is an ancient medallion that grants its holder great power, but only a goron can even lift, and it would take a very well trained goron to be able to use it. It was forged by the original gorons of Hyrule, to govern all six of the sages medallions. It was given to Princess Zelda, but after the battle between Ganon and Link, the Power Medallion was lost forever. Until now.", Darmini tells everyone.

Out of everyone's view, a sheikah sits in a tree to be hiden. "If only a goron can hold, how could a guy ,such as himself, hold it? Well, not my problem...wait! That sword that he weilded, the Sword of Darkness, I think I saw Umbra with a sword like that!" The sheikah jumped out of the tree, and ran off.

OOC: For future reference, both Darmini and Darkel are gorons.

"So only gorons have the power to wield the power medallion, yet it was given originally to Princess Zelda, eh?"

Grenada says, slightly confused by how that works. And decides to introduce himself. Walking over to Darmani he says:

"Hi, I don't think we've met. I'm Grenada, Hyrule's Greatest Mercenary."

He extends a hand to the Goron with a hearty smile. His small Deku face stretched wide, his mouth forced to it's limits, but still an oval.

Alpha bowed his head in consideration. "Well, we definately need to find some way to get it away from him. Are there any weaknesses we can exploit? We need all the information you can give us."

IC:"Right after my father died, I found a note in his chamber. It told me about a sword he made for me, but he had hidden it before the people who killed him came for him. I guess, before he got the chance to write down what the sword was for, and where he hid it he was killed, because the note cut off. I suspect the sword is the only way to deafet Darkel.", Darmini told everyone

OOC:If you want to read the whole note, go to the Traveler's Hostel and check out Darmini's Profile. Oh, and about the Princess Zelda thing, she has the Triforce of Wisdom! You think she can't trick the medallion into thinking she's a goron?

OOC: Oh, well I should of seen Goron Encounter before I read this. Sorry for the strange statement...
