Kayla walked through the castle courtyard. Anteria, Enterio, and Sin weren't with her this time. They decided not to come back with her, fearing that they would stay here and not go back to the Ash Village, considering that they were the best ninjas there.

The green eyed girl glanced around and smiled. No matter what she thought of this place, it was to forget about. Even with the excitement of a ninja. She always grew up fearing for her life everyday, but here she could just relax for a while. She hasn't been seen in her transformation, so why bother?

"Kayla!" Cathy shouted. She walked over to the brunette and rested her arms on her head. "We missed you!" Kayla smiled at her. "So, how did it go?"

"It went fine, I only went on one mission, besides that, I really didn't do anything," Kayla said.

"Well, well, well, if it ain't Kayla?" A freindly voice said. Kasei stood on a nearby rooftop. smiling as bright as ever. The shiekah warrior flipped into the air in a summersault, then landed on the ground in front of Kayla and Cathy. Straitening himself, he smiled. "When did you get back? I haven't seen you in forever! Word has it, and correct me if i'm wrong, your a ninja?" The rebel flame asked. "If so, may I see just how strong you are sometime?"

"Yeah, I'm a ninja, but I'm not that strong," Kayla said. Cathy snorted.

"Liar," she mumbled. Kayla glared at her and elbowed her sharply in her stomach. "Ow..." Kayla turned her attention back to Kasei.

"Anyways, I don't fight friends," Kayla finished.

"Oh, really? Well, why not a freindly bit o' practice, then?" Kasei said, pulling out his blade, the diablo. THe rebel flame stepped back a bit, then got into a stance. THen a thought crossed his mind. "Wait, this isn't right, let's get more serious." He said, sheathing his sword. He held his hand up, in it, appeared his scythe. "LET'S GO!!!"

" Do yah allway's have to fight?" Ralph said as he entered the gate. " I mean you like to fight she is somehow a ninja, and I can't beleave i'm hear right now." Ralph staited as he walked to kayla.

OOC: hey this ain't naruto

OoC: I KNOW it's not Naruto, but there is a difference in my ninjas. 1) I was FIVE when I first invented my characters. 2) My ninjas are based off of speed, agility, defense, close range fighting, far way fighting, and something else that I can't seem to remember. . .

IC: "Well, um, I guess so. . . but I don't have a weapon," Kayla said. Cathy nudged her and handed her the sword that she had tied around her waist. "Are you sure about letting me use this?" Cathy just shrugged.

"I really should get a new one, since that one is going to break anytime soon," Cathy said.

The rebel flame was pleased that Kayla wasn't going to back down. Bravery was one of his virtues. "All right, give me everything you've got. Treat me like an enemy!" Kasei said, then crossed the distance between himself and Kayla with one great leap. The shiekah swung his scythe in midair, aiming for Kayla's neck. The ninja managed to dodge the attack...barely. "Let me see what you know, eh?"

"Well, if you want to see what I'm made of, you need to keep attacking," Kayla commented. She gave Kasei a small smile. Even with her shy personality, she was able to fight very well.

A grin stretched across Kasei's face. He stood up. "Bravery is a good thing, Kayla, but arrogance is just stupid." THe rebel flame said. He raised his scythe high, and then swung. A blast of fire soared through the air at Kayla, an enormous fireball that would swallow her whole....

Kayla let out a small yelp at how big the fireball was and quickly climbed up one of the nearest houses. She gave a small smile to Kasei. She smelled something burning and saw that the edges of her hair was scorched. "You burnt my hair!" she said with a little disbelief, but she let out a small giggle. "Nice job."

Kasei smiled, and lowered his scythe. He bent his knees, and jumped up to where Kayla escaped his earlier fireball. His weapon was at the ready. "I wonder, how do you children even learn these abilities? You have yet to show me anything." He remarked, then attacked. Swing after swing of the scythe flew at Kayla. The rebel flame was now wielding the weapon one-handed, so that his area of dammage would be wider.

Kayla dogded the attackes mostly. "You know who you remind me of, Kasei? My good friend, and rival, Anteria(by the way, Anteria's "T" is silent, so her name is pronouced An-or-ah) she actually has the same fighting style like you." Kayla thought for a bit. "Well, besides the fire thing. . . That's new to see." Kayla swung the sword in her left arm at Kasei.

"Oh?" Kasei questioned, then saw the sword coming for him. He caught it between his middle and index fingers, then pushed it aside, making another swing for Kayla. "I'd like to meet her sometime, though I doubt her style is like mine." He said, dropping the scythe. "Shall I show you why?" Kasei asked. He leaped into the air, and fell down, right where Kayla was a second ago, delivering one of his signiture punches. Fortunatly, the building they were fighting on was still under construction, so no-one was hurst when his fist contacted, and it collapsed under the power. The rebel flame fell to the ground, landing on his feet amongst the rubble. "Oh, crap...I overdid it....Maybe the building didn't cost too much......" He said, not taking his eyes off Kayla.

Sovelis had been watching the fighting from a safe distance. He did not wear his signature red cloak today, but his black robes were still in their rightful place. Damn. If Kasei hits Kayla with one of those blows, she could be killed! he thought frantically as he ran to the scene of the battle. Fires burned where the Rebel Flame had tried to roast the brunette princess. As he watched the two of them fight, his real hand twitched. He knew that he should do something to stop this, but he was frozen where he was standing.

Kayla had fallen right on her butt. She blinked and lifted her eyebrows, but soon started laughing. "I'm really sorry, I'm not much of an oppent. In real battle, I'm pretty good, but I need a reason to fight for real. When it's just sparring, then I like to joke around. I bet this really isn't any fun for you, huh?"
