Hyrule Adventures 2

As you walk by, you see a man sitting on the ground. He is scarred, and bruised, but he is happy.

"Who are you? And what happened to you?" Alpha asks.

Julian stares at the man in disapproval." Beaten by your father again, I suppose," Julian thinks to himself. He peruses through his satchel and finds some bandages. "Here, the bandages will prevent your wounds from becoming infected," Julian says as he tosses the roll at Hiro.

"Thanks." Hiro bandages his wounds and says, "I didn't lose this time. I used the fire shard and blaze blade and was victorious! Haha! The world is saved again!" Hiro struts around proudly, and faints suddenly.

OOC: Don't worry, he's just exhausted.

Alpha laughs at Hiro. "Well, at least he won and he's now safe." He places his glowing hands on Hiro's chest. "Life!"

"No one is ever truly safe in Hyrule. There will always be someone to take the place of the last bearer of evil," Julian says, his face dead cold and his eyes, black as charcoal, staring into the distant future.

"You speak the truth, Julian." Alpha says this, but looking into those eyes is proof that this man can't be trusted.

Julian snaps out of his meditative state. His eyes dart towards Hiro. "The next time you're in need, I won't be as kind," Julian says as he diverts his attention again to Alpha. " I hope we meet again...Alpha," Julian says as he walks down the dark alleys outside the temple. He looks over his shoulder at Alpha and stares at him for a brief moment and then continues to walk along the cobblestone alley, his sillouhette gradually disappearing.

"I'm sure we will...Julian," Alpha says to himself, even though Julian is already gone. "But I do not trust you in the least, and I'm sure you would say the same about me." With a sigh, Alpha bent down to pick up Hiro and move him to an inn where he could recover.

Hiro wakes up and says, "Where am I?"

Alpha is a bit surprised to see Hiro waking up so soon. "Uh, you're in the same place where you fainted. I was about to move you to an inn where you could recover better," he replies.

"Oh, thanks. Well, I guess I'd better go, I have... Things... to do...
He is off.
