Kayla adjusted her jacket and knelt down in the deep snow. She breathed out and her breath formed small white puffs. She hid behind a big snow cover. She dug into the ground with her mitten hands and shot a snowball at her twin brother. It smacked him right in the face.

"Hey!" Kyle shouted. Cathy was laughing like crazy, standing up for anyone to throw a snowball. Soon a snowball hit her so hard in the face it sent her flying back to the ground. She got to her feet and glared at a so called brunette swordsman.

"Kerokee!" she shouted. "You're going to get it now!" A little after she had said that, a snowball hit her in the side of her head and fell off of her long pointed ears. Her glare was sent to Soteto. "That's it!" She picked up a handful of snow and started chasing around the other zora.

OoC: I think I made this post for celebrating the *counts on fingers* third day of snowfall in my small town. Woot! I love snow!

Micheal watched the snowball fight and thought that they needed another person. He picked up some snow and balled it up. He chucked it at Cathy with great force. He had gotten her attention away from Soteto and she started to chase after him. "Oh crap!" he shouted, running away from her.

OoC: Yeah, but the snow is mellting.

"You're going to die, Micheal!" Cathy exclaimed, throwing one of her deadly snowballs. It pelted Micheal right in the face. He fell over in the snow. "Ha! Serves you right!"

"Cathy, you really shouldn't tell people that they are going to die, they just might," Kayla said scornfully. Cathy let out a small snort.

"Well, good, if it is him," Cathy muttered.

OoC: SOVELIS! Reply to this, please!

Almost as soon as Cathy had said that Micheal should die, a rather large snowball smacked her in the side of her face. "You shouldn't wish ill upon someone who cares about you as a friend, Dear Cathy!" a loud voice said from the trees. Almost immediately after the voice had called out, a man stepped out from behind a tree. His bright red cloak and black rodes clashed with the pristine, white snow all around. He had another snowball in his hand, and was ready to use it. "Hi everyone. Didn't you know that I'd show up if you'd do something?" he said as he threw the smaller snowball at Kayla, but not at her face or as hard as he had thrown the other one at Cathy.

"Kinda like I'm Stalking you! Creepy, eh?" Sovelis joked, looking at the three friends.

Cathy let out a small snort. "Sure, like there is anyone to stalk in this group." After saying this, she got pelting in the face with another snowball. "DO I HAVE SOME KIND OF TARGET ON MY FACE!? Why the HELL is everone aiming for me!?"

Kayla had her back turned at the time Sovelis had thrown the snowball, but turned around when it hit her in the back. "Sovelis! Hi!" Kyle poked his head up from under the snow fort that he had made. He chucked a snowball at his sister(a.k.a. Kayla) and it hit the top of her hat, knocking it off. "Kyle!" she yelled at her twin. He smiled sheepishly at her and then ducked back under the fort.

"Hey! I say we have a boys against girls!" Soteto exclaimed. Kayla, Cathy, and KiKi stared at him like as if he just said that trees were made of stone. "What?"

"Have you seen how many boys there are?" Cathy questioned. "There's you, Kyle, Kerokee, Sovelis, and Micheal. For girls, there is me, Kayla, and KiKi, that's it. That is not fair at all."

"Oh, I didn't know you were a girl, Cathy," Kerokee said mockinly.

"You have now crossed the line, Nejero," she growled as she chased after the swordsman.

"You guys! Don't fight!" Kayla exclaimed.

~Pyre was currently some distance away, having a bit of trouble with the thick white blanket that lay across the land. He was buried up to the waist in a snow drift, and all his struggling to get out was only making it worse. The hylian was on the edge of screaming with frusturation, when the simplest solution came to him. He ripped a scroll out of a pouch at his waist (which was almost covered in snow itself) and with trembling fingers, traced a couple of arcane patterns through the air, releasing the magical energies to blast the area around him.

Fire burst into existance around him, melting the snow away from his body. With a small space cleared, it would be easy to get out. He leapt up onto firmer snow, and looked back at the chaotic pit he had formed with his struggling, shaking his head to himself when...

"DO I HAVE SOME KIND OF TARGET ON MY FACE?!"

Pyralin nearly jumped at the sudden exclamation coming from not to far away. He scuttled (yes I said scuttled) across the snow towards the source of the noise, peering over the edge of a hill to see who had caused the disturbance. To his surprise he saw a group of people, one with snow covering her face. Apparently she had been hit by a "snowball." He didn't have much experience with these, but he was unfortunate enough to have been pegged by a little kid back in North Castle. It may have been humorous for the boy, but Pyre didn't think it was funny one bit.

As it happened though, he found himself in a position to get revenge. The hylian heaped some snow together into a small compact ball, and just as Kayla was complaining about the lack of girls, he tossed it into the air, and sent it spinning downwards, towards Kyle.

With that, he strode out from his hiding place on the hill, making his presense known. This might turn out to be fun after all, although, considering the cold nature of snow that was only a distant possibility.

"Hey, I'll play for the girl's team!"~

"Cathy, don't try to hurt yourself doing this math," Kayla said to the zora. Cathy glared at her for saying that. "Well, that only makes us girls one short. I think we can manage that for a while. And, Cathy, if you are planning on throwing that snowball at me, you better think twice." Cathy stared at Kayla with disbelief, since she had her back turned away from her.

Cathy dropped her arm, but didn't drop the snowball. "Do you have eyes in the back of your head?" she questioned. Kayla turned her head slightly and smiled. "You are the weirdest girl I have ever met." Suddenly, a snowball hit the side of her head, dangling on her long ears, and then plopping to the ground. She turned her gaze to the boys. "Ok, who did that?"

"Whoohoo! First snowball of the snowball fight!" Kyle whooped, and then going back to hide behind his fort. Cathy chucked the one she had in the air, making it hit Kyle's brown hair that was sticking out in his normal cowlicks.

OoC: It's been SO long since we last did a post together! It's so good to see you again!

Micheal ducked down behind the fort that Kyle had built and smiled at his friend. "It's just like how it is in Kito Village, isn't it? Though Cathy is getting hit with more snowballs here. . ." Micheal just shrugged. He stuck his head up and saw that the cat girl wasn't paying attention, so he threw a snowball at KiKi. His aim was bad, but it hit the tip of her tail.

OoC: Now I'm going snowmobiling.

KiKi was making her own snowballs at the time when the one that was thrown at her tail. She straightened up and looked around. Seeing no one in the stance of throwing a snowball, she just threw one at the first person she saw. . . Sovelis. She made sure it hit the back of his head.

OoC: Eh? Where did everyone go?
