Kayla stood next to the red head girl gabbering in her ears. She was annoyed that the freckle faced ninja wouldn't shut up long enough for Kayla to ask what she was doing there. Her green eyes were staring at the ground with a little annoyance.

"Anteria,(An-or-ah, her "T" is silent) what are you doing here in the first place?" asked Kayla. The dagger thrower stopped talking and smiled widely at Kayla. She put her arm around the shorter girl.

"Listen, shorty, with you being here, unprotected, you never know what can happen, not only are you a princess, but you are a. . ." Anteria looked around cautiously. She opened up her her mouth to finish off what she was going to say, but Kayla had tugged her arm away.

"They know," the brunette said.

"THEY KNOW!?" Anteria shouted. Her jaw dropped open. Kayla looked at her and had to chuckle slightly.

"If you keep your mouth any longer, you will attract bugs in there," Kayla said. The red head closed her mouth and glared daggers at her with the purple eyes of hers.

"How could you have told them that you're a forest sprite!?" Anteria barked. Kayla frowned. The red head let out a small gasp. "You didn't tell them the whole truth, did you?"

"Well, I told them that I was a forest sprite, a person who has their life saved by having their souls combined," Kayla admitted. Anteria glared at her. "What!?"

"Have any of them tried to kill you?"

"No."

"THAT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T TOLD THEM THE TRUTH!" Anteria shouted. She pointed a finger accusedly at Kayla. She looked around and leaned in to whisper silently to Kayla. "Why didn't you tell anyone that you transform into a different girl when the moon is showing?"

"Anteria-" Kayla said warningly, but the dagger thrower stopped her from saying anything else.

"Kayla, your hair turns into the same color as your eyes. Your eyes get a glow to them. Your already pale skin turns ivory. You clothes. . .morph. Kayla, you sprout wings. Why can't you tell them that?" Anteria stared at Kayla expectedly. Relization dawned on her face. "Is it because you can't fight at night? Is it because you can only run away?"

"Anteria," Kayla hissed, "I would rather like it if people didn't know everything about me. Just because you grew up as one of my closest friends, doesn't mean you can reveal every secret of mine."

"You are lucky no one is around, shorty," Anteria said. She took a dagger out from the back of her pocket and twirled it in her hands. "Well, I guess we can get off of that subject. Now, who is this 'Sovelis' that I heard so fondly of?" Kayla's face turned bright red.

"He's no one," she mumbled. She watched as Anteria twirled the dagger. "I'm surprised you haven't stabbed anyone with one of those things."

"Oh, come on, he has to be someone since you talked about almost all the time," Anteria stressed. "And look at your face! It's redder than what Aero can make it! Now that boy has to be someone." She had put an arm around Kayla. The dagger in hand slipped and almost got someone in the head. "Oops. . ."

"Nice one," Kayla muttered. "And have you ever heard of personal space?" She pulled off the arm and glared at her.

"Aw, shorty, you always ruin the fun," Anteria pouted.

"Will you stop with the shorty thing?" Kayla snapped.

"What? You are shorter than me," Anteria snapped back.

"I'm seven years younger than you!" Kayla countered. Anteria fell silent. "What are you doing here anyways?"

"I'm staying her for as long as you are! Someone's going to need to protect you!" Anteria exclaimed. Kayla's eyes widened ingto saucers.

"No, oh no, you are NOT going to stay here! You need to leave, now!" Kayla said, pushing the girl as much as she can.

"You ruin everything!" Anteria whined.

OoC: To tell you the truth, my favorite character that I created in the ninja group would be Anteria. She's just so fun! And she always acts Kayla age. I'm serious at that. And they met when Kayla was 7, and Anteria just thought that she was a short fourteen year old. So that is why she calls Kayla "shorty".

Wow, longest post. . .EVER!!!

This is what happens when it's eight o clock and I have nothing to do, and I'm stumped at what to write for my real story. Sarah's the toughest character that I have EVER created.

I wonder who will be able to finish this and be able to post to it, because I know I got a little carried away by this.

OoC: Enter the guy who can pop up out of thin air!

IC:

It was just a boring, cold, windy day. Nothing interesting at all. The crowds of people wandered around the town like usual. Humans, Hylians, a few Sheikah, a Goron or two, and the odd Zora. One of these Humans seemed to stand out of the crowds as he wandered the town that day. He was dressed in a very noticeable, bright red cloak and black robes, like he always wore. He sighed and looked around at the people who walked around the square. "So many here, and not a single familiar face to be seen...wait a sec. There's Kayla!" he said happily as he ran over to her. He saw a red-haired girl with a knack for dropping or throwing her knives.

Hey Kayla. Is she bothering you at all?" Sovelis said, walking up to them, and grabbing the red-head's wrist with his own metal hand.

Kayla shook her hands in protest. "No, no, Sovelis, don't take this all wrong, she's one of my friends, I grew up with her. This is something that happens on a normal basis." I hope he didn't over hear anything, Kayla thought cautiously.

Anteria looked at Kayla to Sovelis and grinned evilly. Kayla shifted under her evil eyes that she was using. "Oh, so this is Sovelis." She better not be doing what I think she's doing, Kayla thought. She watched as Anteria turned her attention to Sovelis and saw her hold out her hand for him to shake. Well, everything is normal, so far. "Hi, my name is Anteria Lin, and I am the greatest dagger thrower in the Ash Village, so don't feel so scared if I start using you as target pratice." I thought too late.

"ANTERIA!" Kayla shrieked.

"What!? I'm just being my predictable self!"

"And I'm Sovelis Magelion Li'ano Liadon. High Lord, and last surviving Tempest." he said, shaking her hand with his real one. "And don't take it personally if I turn you into a cucco, start throwing fireballs, or kick you in the face." he said, grinning his normal, goofy grin at Anteria. "May I inquire as to why you are here in Hyrule?"

"I like him," Anteria commented. "I can actuallly see why this kind of guy has you in their clutches." Kayla gave Anteria a side glance. "So does he know?" Kayla gave her a look that read 'you are kidding me, right'? "Oh, come on! You should have told him! I'm mean, it's just too unfair!" Anteria glanced at him. "Can I?"

"No!" Kayla shouted.

"Why not!? Sooner or later, someone is going to figure out about what really happens to you! That forest sprite is like a curse!" Anteria exclaimed.

She better not be talking 'bout me.

"I already know about the Sprite...I guess? And who do you think has who in their clutches? I'm afraid of Kayla." Sovelis said quickly, taking a sidelong glance at Anteria. "And what do you mean...a curse? How can a forest sprite be a curse? I can see how having a hellish uber-demon sealed away in your shoulder can be a problem, but a FOREST SPRITE?" he said, frowning at the ninja girl.

Damn strait kid...I'm a curse that your not getting away from...

"Shut up, no one asked for you to butt in, Sovel." Sovelis remarked, not knowing that the demon had only spoken to him.

"Well, Sovelis, to begin I must tell you-" Kayla clamped her hands over Anteria's mouth before she could even say anymore.

"You are just waiting for my funeral, aren't you?" she hissed in the red head's ear. She saw the glint in Anteria's eyes and knew that she had come up with a plan. Anteria yanked off her hands and decided to put one around Kayla's small shoulders.

"Aw, come on, the more he knows, the more he can be your knight in shiny armor," Anteria half joked. "I mean, I can just see it now!"

"If you don't shut up, you're going to be seeing stars," muttered Kayla.

"Well, anyways," Anteria turned her gaze from Kayla to Sovelis. "It's considered a curse because people try to kill her every waking moment." She took a look to see what Kayla's expression was, but could because she had her head buried in her hands.

"She's told me this before, Anteria." Sovelis remarked, walking over to Kayla and standing behind her. He put his hands on her shoulders and looked at the red-haired girl over Kayla's head. "I'm not as out-of-the-loop like everyone thinks I am. I may be a drunken, womanizing idiot, but I still pay attention to what people say to me." he told her. He let his eyes show some flecks of gold in the normal green that was in his irises, which meant that he was actually getting fed up with Anteria's little attempt to harass Kayla.

"Well, there is more to it than you think. Since I grew up with Kayla, I know most stuff about her. If you say you know the most, then you're wrong." Anteria twirled a dagger around her fingers. She stopped and looked wide eyed at Sovelis. "DID YOU JUST SAY YOU'RE A WOMANIZER!?"

I can't believe she just realized that, Kayla thought.

Me 'neither.
