It was a peacefull day in Tantari Desert, unusual in the fact that the winds were not harshly ripping around as they once were, the four beings who traveled through the desert saw to that.

They were four members of the seven stars; direct servants of the gods who hear their will on Hyrule, and carry it out withought judgement of their own, making them mearly extensions of the gods will, each one simply a tool, in a way, used by the god they served.

The first of them was most recognizable, he was Kasei, the Rebel Flame, and he is known to serve under the Fierce Deity. The second was Gor Gigan, the Eternal Steel, a Goron who most likely served under Din. The third was Xanatos, the Eye of Deceit, a Hylian. The fourth and final was Alfiey, the Undying Wind, a Rito, by the looks of him.

They traveled silently through the sands, their orders clear; the target must not know that they are coming. They should not give the target a chance to escape or fight back. The attack is to be swift and silent as possible, so that the next objective can be accomplished; the control of the target. These orders were clear, none of the four had any questions in their minds, they knew full well why they were told to do this; the army, an army meant for dark times, was needed, and the target would be of great use in this army, as footsoilders, assasins, spies. Yes, this target would be essential for this new army of peace, the first line of defence should the dark ones get what they desire.

A snap in the distance. The group stopped quickly, their eyes listening for any signs of movement. Nothing. It must'v been one of the older trees of the desert, finally giving up it's life to the sands, though the group could never be too sure, they were obviously close to the target's location, they needed to be carefull.

In a flash, Alfiey raised his hand, as if about to give a signal. A split second later, the terrible winds of the desert howled once more, and the sand flew in the air. The four raised their hoods so as to stay sand-free, and continued to move forward, their eyes searching for movement that their ears could no longer detect in the howling winds.

A dim light appeared, and the group halted. There, not a hundred yards away, was the target; a mid-sized camp of the Garo, ninja warriors, who had not yet realized that they have passed away, and would be usefull in the upcoming dark days. It was then that Xanatos spotted what had made the earlier snap; a single, defenceless Garo had seen the group, and was moving slowly, panicked, towards the camp, all the speed the winds would allow it, too bad it would never make it home again.

In a flash, Kasei was moving, his speed not hindered by the raging winds that slapped against his body. He drew his scimitar, the blade making no noise at it was released from it's sheath. The unfortunate Garo died that very second, it's head detached from it's body. It was the only one that saw, the four could continue withought hindrance.

They moved in, bodies spread apart now, so that they could cover a wider area of the camp quickly. They were almost there, and they drew their weapons. Xanatos allowed a sword to materialize in his hand, Alfiey summoned a spear, and Gor Gigan turned his left arm to a metal harder than diamond.

Now was the attack.

Alfiey snapped his fingers, and the wind slowed down enough for the group to see clearly. They leapt into the camp, their orders about to be executed as they landed inside the perimiters of the tents.

A small group of Garo was awake, they, however, did not see the assailants coming, and were slaughtered quickly. The sound of their lifeless bodies crashing into the sand, however, quickly roused the remainder of the Garo, who screamed in terror as the deaths of their comrads was the fitst thing they saw as they woke up, and the last thing they saw before their own demise.

The few who survived the initial attack fled to the back of the camp, where a Garo master stood tall, his two blades in his hands. As the four approached with their emotionless eyes, he stood tall, between them and his surviving men. "You are coldhearted murderers," He said, "and have nothing to gain of this." The undead finished, just before his guts were ripped out by Gor Gigan.

"On the contrary, my dear Garo master, we have gained a great deal, and so have you. The gods are building an army now. The Garo are to join it." Kasei said loudly to the remaining survivors. "Do not dispair, we have done you a great service. The Garo are warriors who could not move on, and thus believed that they were still alive, sending their souls to the heavens has eased them of an eternity of battle. You are going to have the same freedom, once your tasks are done, my freinds." Xanatos finished.

They turned around, and gazed upon the destroyed camp, where not a single body lay. After all, to die withought leaving a body is the way of the Garo Ninja.

A handful of adventures had been tracking the four since nearly the time the four arrived into the desert. They had kept their distance, until the wind started blowing harshly, and they used this to mask their sound. They actually arrived in the Garo camp before the four did, as to best blend int. The adventures had a guess as to what would happen.

Then the winds died down. The Garos that were set to watch the camp were instantly slaughtered soundlessly. The leader of the Garo troops was also killed, in an attempt to help the survivors. Then, Kasei spoke up to the survivors. Little did he know that a handful of non Garos cloaked themselves in invisibility while standing with the other survivors, as to hide any other hints besides sight that they were there. Once Kasei finished his speech, one arose from his hiding place.

He wore a open brown cloak that flowed down to his feet. His tunic was gray and his cheap fabric pants traveled down to his sandals. He had shaggy bed-hair that stuck out from under his hood, which was resting on his head. his irises were a dark shade. He had some morning stubble. He stood about six feet and three inches, and he was fairly average weight.

"Aiy," he called to the four in a British like voice, "what are the gods doing building an army, and why are they gathering Garo warriors. The Garos are a dying race, and back in Terminia, you would be put to death for touching a hair on their head outside their native habitat. Here, you have killed a slew of them, and yet you say you need their alliance. If they were to fight in a war, their numbers would face a lethal blow, and their population might never rise again."

"Stop," called another coming out of his hiding place, it was the familiar voice of Orpheous. Orpheous wore his usual clothing choice, which rustled a bit as he turned to Kasei. "Kasei, my dear friend, please forgive him," he stated, pointing to the one who had first spoken up. "He is new to the Front." He turned to the man who had first spoken up, now it could be judged that the man was thirty something. "Cut the crap. They're never going to believe you if you continue to go on with this 'I'm from the Garo Protection League' story. They would have never believed it in the first place. And like Garo's reproduce?" He left the question lingering as he stored it in the back of his mind. He supposed the Garos who were alive would, but the undead Garos would most likely not. However, the only difference was a soul. The bodies remain the same. Maybe both could reproduce.

Orpheous turned back to Kasei, "so why are the gods building an army, my good friend? The gods would only build an army if they knew that a strong evil is coming. So what evil exactly are you talking about here?" He muttered a few words under his breath, as he took a seat that formed out of sand. No need to waste inkmagic now. Meanwhile, a stray dog with strange markings gazed at them from a corner, as if it understood what they were talking about. It was a little too groomed from a stray dog, but other than that, it was by all means a stray dog.

As Kasei turned to leave, he frowned as Orpheous spoke. The Rebel Flame turned to face the Inkweaver. He Scowled. "Orpheous, there are many things at work. This is my job, I carry it out, no need for mortals to get involved." He said coldly, and turned to leave. Gor Gigan, however, was not so heartless, as he was too kind for his own good sometimes.

"My frrreinds, darkness is arrriving in Hyrule once morrre. Ourrr masterrrs have sensed it, the dark clouds of warrr. Numerrrous beings now have found ways into this worrrld, Sovelis, yourrrself, many strrructurrres that trancend existence...these arrre all heralds of a new battlefield, one that the herrro of legends will not be prrresent forrr..."

"What I speak of, of courrrse, is the fact that numerrrous holes arrre appearrring in this worrrld, they have the potential to couse catesrrrophic damage to Hyrrrule, if used wrrrongly. Many beings arrre prrressing theirrr advantage to this, and arrre building themselves arrrmies with witch they shall use this rrrift in existance to finally contrrrol this land." The goron finished slowly.

"And that's where we come in." Xanatos spoke up. "Our masters are assigning us to recruit all beings with a shred of good within them to the army. We have already obtained numerous soilders, men and young boys able to wield a blade, we are now moving on to the many races not completely corrupted by the dark. Naturally, killing the Garo off is not as bad as it looks, as we are giving them the gift of finally departing this world. We are letting them move on, so that they will no longer suffer eternal pain. Of course, the Garo are efficient warriors, they do not question their orders, they carry them out efficiently. They are excellent spies and assasins, so you can see why they are our first recruits."

"Next, of course, are other monsters. Our other three allies are rounding up stray deku, and searching caves and mountainsides for creatures of use. Keese are not evil, they are mearly animals, control over them will be easy, and they can be effective scouts. The same goes for wizzrobes, and other dissapearing beings, who can escape danger quickly. Lastly is the brute force. For that we have quite the list. Various monsters, from miniblins to octoroks and a whole slew of other things. We are going to find them all, and give them this message; they will be needed, when the time comes, they will answer the call to war." The man finished, facing Orpheous. "Are you satisfied now, Inkweaver of another world?"

OOC: Dang it Kasei, I was going to have evil that attacked through the rift. I suppose we could both do it, but, still, your stealing my thunder. Anyways, welcome to the villains from the rift club.

IC: "Satisfied indeed," replied Orpheous, seeing what the four were getting at. He turned to Kasei. "Mortal? That I may be. However, I have defeated several immortals, and I will most likely continue to do so. Do not judge me and my power. As for your army, you have the PFH standing by.."

Another man burst from his hiding place. He wore thick battle armor, and he lots of weapons at his disposal. He stood roughly six feet and four inches, and he was a little over average weight. His irises were a dark shade of green, and his layered hair was dirty blond. "You also have the aid of the Hyrule Militia, as orders of me, Commander Leon."

Orpheous spoke up again, "Yes, you have their aid as well. However, who are you four? What organization are you? What affiliation do you have?" These questions had been nagging him for quite sometime. The stray dog moved in closer, no longer wary of the four.

It was now that Kasei turned around, snapping his fingers. The Garo, now under his control, vanished, not needed. The Rebel Flame looked forward at Orpheous, his eyes piercing the heart of the Inkweaver. "That is all and good, but I have seen your power, defeating smaller beings like you would be easy." Kasei said coldly.

"Eh..." Xokorn said. "Really, though, that's good, saves us the trouble of lookin for you all!" The man finishes, looking happy. He then turns to Kasei, and back to Orpheous. "You might not know by now, but Kasei truly doesn't care about much, never has. All the emotions he shows are fake. As for who we are and our affiliation, this might take a bit to explain. Let's sit down." He suggested, falling down to the sand.

"We are known as the Seven Stars, a group of seven warriors, one from each major race, who directly follow the orders of the gods. Not one of us is weak, know that. As for our identities, we have none, we gave up that right when we became obedient to the gods. We also gave up our rights to death, and our opinions. We are semi-immortal tools, each one of us has a specific way of living longer than normal. Kasei, for instance, can steal the souls of his fallen enemies, and uses that to sustain his life. Gor Gigan here can switch his soul from body to body when he ages, succsesfully guarunteeing his a long life, as he has lived since the old days, those of the Hero of Time, old Hyrule."

"We are tools, nothing else, we have no opinions, we follow our orders without hesitation, as that is our job. We are not exactly secret, we are kinda like those minish, few believe we exist, yet here we are. Our affiliation is to the gods, nothing more." The man finished, standing up. "And that is all you need to know."

OOC: Because knowledge is power! 8)

"As Kasei may or might have not told you, I can create armies with my words, and command them with genius strategy. I am also very skilled in personal combat. As are the members of my organization and the Hyrule Militia as well. I am sure you shall find use in us," Orpheous explained, after listening to their speech on the explanation of the Seven Stars. "We shall not hesitate to join your side in the war should we be needed." Orpheous was already seated, but the one who had first spoken up took his place on the sand. Even the dog flopped down. "I have noticed Kasei's lack of caring and what not, as you speak of. His emotions have been questionable at times." He had many more questions, but the man said that that was all he needed to know."

OOC: Wait, doesn't Kasei long for death. I am not questioning his loyalty to the gods, but still....

OOC: Yes, Kasei wants very much to die, but he is stripped of that priveledge.

IC: "That is good to hear, thank you for the assistance." Xokorn said in dismisal, smiling as he turned to leave. "It was rather...interesting meeting you, Inkweaver. I'm sure that it will not be our last encouner." He finishes, walking off after Kasei.

"They are....unique, Gor Gigan..." Alfiey said, raising his hand. The Garo reapeared. "A few Garo will go with you until we can be sure that you are out of this desert, treat them with respect." The Rito said, as the ninja warriors marched over. "Farewell....." He said, letting the wind pick up as he and his Goron ally left the camp.

Meanwhile, another shadow appeared, one far more sinister, the fake Kasei walked out from behind a rock. "Well, well, well....that was quite interesting." The puppet said, grinning with it's wooden mouth." I was sure the other me would get to me for sure, good thing, eh? Kyahahahaha!"

OOC: and now for your battle, eh Orph? Let's see how you match up to the other Kasei?

"Well, I'm sure you can find a use for us," he told them, as they disappeared from sight. Then the fake Kasei showed up.Orpheous looked at the fake, his other warriors stood by, cloaked. Of course, the one who had first spoken up had lost his invisibility. He stood by Orpheous. "What business do you have here, you fake?" asked Orpheous calmly. "Why do you pester them? Who sent you?" Orpheous's head swam with questions that would hopefully be answered.

OOC: Forgive the short post, I didn't have a lot to work with, I was a tad confused as well. It shouldn't happen again.

The wooden demon turned abrubtly to face Orpheous. "Well now, that's not really any of you'r buiseness now, is it? In fact, i'm sure that you have no clue what's really going on, do you?" The fake said, waiting for an answer.

None came. Delighted, the false Kasei stood tall. "Kyahahaha! It doesn't matter how large the army is, if it has noone to lead it, it will fall quickly. Another flaw is, even though the army is large, it will be weak, very weak.....nothing compared to the hordes summoned by the dark! You've seen it before, haven't you? Unimaginably strong monsters, living in the depths of the world. They are all being called to battle, yes yes.....you have no chance at all!" It finished gleefully....

OOC: FYI, this does happen after the Tower, as a sequel, kinda....

"Isn't wood flammable?" asked Orpheous slyly. He created a fire ball on his right index finger as he said this. "You scare me not. Leave this plane and never return. Our hordes shall be far greater than the dark, and our warriors will be tenfold as strong. You have no power here, now leave. Hurry, before I go all Wicked Witch of the West on you, Scarecrow." A handful of warriors burst from under their hiding places. They included, but were not limited too, Simon, Bou, Stephan, Remos, and Ryan. Others were of course there. However, for an odd reason, Silna was not amongst those who revealed themselves. Where the dog was standing now slithered a lethally poisonous snake. Nobody probably noticed this change in background though.

"Temper, temper...." The fake sneered. "Do you really want to pick a fight with me? Ain't that the dumbest thing ever! Kyahaha! You must forget, my good sorceror, I am a master of summons, as so:" It said, raising it's hand in summoning of it's favorite soilder of darkness, Phantom Ganon. "Do you really think you can defeat me? If so, then you are obviously one who has not seen death." The fake flame gloated, as the phantom drew its spear.

"MASTER OF SUMMONS MY FOOT," screamed Orpheous. At this exact second, the snake leaped from the sand, and attempted to sink its teeth into the False Kasei's leg. Meanwhile, Orpheous muttered a few words, and the Egyptian god of the dead stood before him. His dear friend Anubis. "Sick em' boy," he command. A staff materialized in Anubis's hand. He lunged at Phantom Ganon, and tried to hold him off by causing them to get in their own little fight. Orpheous let loose the flame from his hand, and it soared towards the fake. Should the fake move, he would realize that the fall was locked on.

It happened the second that the snake lunged, a burst of light, and the fake Kasei was there no more, it had vanished, appearing behind Orpheous, diablo daggers in its hands. "Pathetic." The fake wheeled around, and sunk both daggers into one of Orpheous' shoulders, before it vanished again. As for phantom Ganon, it had already sent a blast of magic at it's godlike foe, and was readying it's spear for a counter attack...

Anubis repelled the blast back at Phantom Ganon. It looked like something out of Ocarina of Time. As the daggers sunk into Orpheous' 'skin.' Orpheous collapsed into a pile of sand. It was a fake made of sand. The snake shifted to a bird of prey as it flew above he battlefield to get a bird's eyes view. The real Orpheous came down on the attacking Kasei, who vanished again right at that point. The group stood at the ready for his reappearance.

Phantom Ganon vanished. It had no desire to stay any longer. "You guys are quite eager to destroy what you fear." The Fake said, standing a distance from the group. "But really, who do you think you should mistrust more, me, or them?" It asked, pointing in the direction of the departed stars. "You have no idea what they are up to, for real. Me, on the other hand, can cause no real dammage. They can. Truly, do you believe the words of the other me, a man who is in his own ways, even worse than I am? Think about it. If you gave him even the smallest reason to make him think you were a danger to Hyrule, he would kill you. He wouldn't give a damn if your his freind or not. Why? Because he has no emotions! Even his own grandaughter has no meaning to him! Do you think he'll care any more about you?" The fake questioned. "Just giving you guys something to think about." It finishes, turning to leave with a grin.
