It was eight o'clock, the day after the letter to Kasei had been sent. A man by the name of Alexander Xsoa was just arriving in the town square, and he sat down on a bench. He was a good friend to 'Tadvick' and knew him well. Alexander was Tadvick's connection to the outside world. You see, Tadvick didn't get out much. It was much to dangerous for him, even when he was using his fake name. He knew about the Royal Kingdom's dirty little secret. Soon, he would tell someone else.
That was what Alexander was sticking around for. He was going to wait until five hours post noon for a man be the name of Kasei D. Gobi. Tadvick had reason to suspect that Kasei could have something to do with the matter. He was prepared to wait as long as he needed. He had with him a sack of food, and a jug of water. Not to mention there was a bakery, butcher shop, and a well near by. So there he sat in his tan dress pants which practically reached down to the ground, his green jacket, and a green graduation like hat. His spectacles helped improve the scholar look as well. It made him look both sharp and intelligent (spitting image of Alexander the Scholar from Lost Kingdoms).

Kasei pulled hard on the reigns of his horse, and the steed halted at a stable. The Rebel Flame paid the horsemaster there and tied up his ride, proceding towards the destination that he had been given in a letter he recieved the other day.
The note was quite specific, and, as Kasei approached the area, he was begining to have a suspicion. Why not simply have the meeting in a more convenient place? Ruto was so far away from any other town. Kasei was prepared, though; should any danger come, the other six stars would be by his side in a flash. Danger to Hyrule was something he took quite seriously.
Finally, Kasei approached a bench in the Town's Square, upon it was a man. Kasei silently approached, readying magic in the back of his mind, and slightly squinting his left eye, so that he could launch an "eye" attack at any moment.
"Are you Tadvick?" Kasei questions the man. "I understand he had urgent buiseness to discuss with me." He said.

The scholar turned to the Rebel Flame. "No, Mr. Gobi, I am not Tadvick. I am actually astounded that you cannot recall me: I believe that we met back at the Tantari Cafe. My name is Alexander Xsoa the scholar, and I work in Ruto as a translator and librarian. Besides, Tadvick wouldn't come out into public on less it was direly needed, even though his meeting with you is indeed urgent. I am actually a good friend of his, and I was instructed to take you to his house. Could you please follow me?" As he asked this question, he gestured to an alley way. He began to walk down/towards it, assuming Kasei would follow.

OOC: Tadvick reminds me of "L" from DeathNote . . . yay . . .
IC: Kasei's suspicions were instantly stronger as he was gestured down the alley. I do not recall ever meeting this man before. Whoever he is, he could be dangerous. Still, I have my support ready. If it is a trap, this man may already know of the seven stars, and may put up a barrier. If that's the case, then i'd need to go alone into a fight. This was simply one scenario running through Kasei's mind, various battles and possible questions were coming at him. Old enemies, maybe new enemies. He was considering everything as he followed the librarian down the alley, magic at the ready.

Eventually, after not much traveling, Alexander stopped at the back door to a large house in between a bakery and a flower shop. "This is the house of Tadvick." The door was barely larger than an average door way to a house, but it was built with strong, magic resistant metal. There was a slot about eye height. Alexander preformed a secret knock on the door that I can't even begin to explain and a few seconds later, the slot opened. After looking at the two, he asked Alexander a question.
"Who was your father?"
"Sir Radcliff Xsoa, the exile of the Canani tribe," replied Alexander. The door opened.
There stood Tadvick. He was a somewhat tall late forty year old to early fifty year old human. He had a thick, but short gray beard. He wore a loose faded brown tunic, and loose fitting cotton pants. His shoes were sandals. However, he was armed with two scimitar like weapons. He gestured to them, "Merely precautions." His voice from rough, stained by the years. Despite his gray beard, his hair was majestically silver, and it came down to his neck. As short as it was, it was still flowing. His eyes were brown. "Please, Mr. D. Gobi, come in." He gestured inside. A odd scar was now noticeable on his right hand.

"I understand precautions, I myself having taken some before coming here." Kasei said, moving forward when motioned. "Then you, I take it, must be Tadvick? Why is it you called me all the way here, to the north? Is there not a more secure location closer to a safe city? Perhaps even inside of one?" Kasei questioned, taking in all the information he could. "If you can call me here, then you must know who I am, who I am aligned with, and how little I actually care." Kasei stated before Tadvick could speak again. "My lack of emotions should be known to you; then you must also know that I will not care for you much if you brought me here for nothing."

Tadvick let out a laugh as Kasei finished. Then, before Kasei could ask what the laugh might have been about, Tadvick spoke. "First off, despite the fact my real name is not Tadvick, it should suffice for our meeting. Second off, the reason you are here is indeed for a good reason. Before I explain, let me thank you for your warning about the fact that you may not care, now. Sorry to have called you here. Also, to answer your question, there is no safe place for me but my house. I am afraid; for, you see, a powerful organization wants me dead. They could have me dead long before I reach the safety of another location."
Should Kasei peer around the living room of the house he was led into, he would notice that it was fairly large. The house itself was two stories plus a hidden basement and an attic. The room led to a two twin stairways leading up into the second floor. The room itself led to several other rooms on the ground level. In this room alone, there were many concealed weapons and extravagant decorations ranging from statues to a vast taxidermy collection.
Tadvick motioned for the two, Alexander and Kasei, to set in the two chairs set up around a table with few files on it. Tadvick took the seat at the third chair. He waited for Kasei to sit down, or possibly more questions before he continued to speak. Alexander took his seat a few seconds after Tadvick had been seated.

Kasei did not look around. His eyes were shut. "So . . . you bring me out here with a false name. That is good. I, too, use an assumed name. Although I use one because mortals who hear my real name would kill themselves so as to not contemplate the dark language any longer." He said with a chuckle, as though the thought of someone's brain exploding with one word was a hilarious thought.
Kasei sat down. "Well, what is it? Why have you called me here?"

"I hear that you have had several problems with a group that calls itself Cell Sky. So, I know that you are already very familiar with syndicate violence. Well, do I have some information for you. There is a group, a group by the name of CYAN STORM, that has me worried greatly. It appears that they have formed some kind of agreement with Cell Sky. Should CYAN STORM get you first, they'll fish any information they need from you, and hand you over to Cell Sky. Should Cell Sky procure you first, well, they'll lend you to CYAN STORM as so information can be retrieved, and you'll be given back to Cell Sky. Either way, CYAN STORM as complete rights to your daughter, Aria. The reason they want her is unknown. The reason why I know all this is because I have dedicated my whole life to studying CYAN STORM. It might be best from me to start from the beginning, but do you have any questions so far?" asked Tadvick, eager to answer any question the Rebel Flame might ask.

Kasei raised an eyebrow, and let out another chuckle. He stared over to Tadvick. "You think this information is not already known to me? I myself have quite a few freinds in high places. I do not need to worry. If information is being extracted from me, i'll die on the spot before they can get anything usefull. That's part of my contract. As for Aria; first off, she's my grandaughter, not my daughter. Second, I am already looking for protection for her. If I need to, i'll place her in a pocket realm until this issue is resolved. Of course, i'll need to make sure this one has air. Kinda hard to breath with no oxygen." He said. "If that's all you have to say, i'll leave."

"Well, for the most part, that is all that concerns you. However, that is not all I wanted to tell you," stated Tadvick. "It would be best if you understood this organization. You see, I am a man in need of help. As I said, I need to start from the beginning. CYAN STORM was founded over forty years ago as part of a government funded project called the Purity Alliance. The head of the CYAN STORM project and the Purity Alliance was a man by the name of Noah. His last name is still unknown to me. The original goal of the Purity Alliance was to make the world a better place by getting rid of horrible evil, both here and abroad. CYAN STORM was a group of people who were highly trained soldiers that specialized in assassinations, especially of the political kind.
"I have reason to suspect that Vilk, who I am fairly sure you have met by now, as well as a few others you have probably also met, are members of the disbanded CYAN STORM.
"They were the ones who were secretly behind the assassination of the Prime Minister of Montegomey to put Lord Montegomey VI back on the throne. Then, some time ago, a small group of CYAN STORM members attempted to go renegade and kill King Harkinian II. The attempt failed, but the group escaped before it could be caught. They tracked Noah down to his office, but he was dead of poison. It was assumed that the suspicious second in command under Noah wanted to assassinate King Harkinian II and poison the man he was mutinying against. They never had enough ammunition to pin the second in command, but they kept tabs on him for the rest of his life.
"I, however, frown upon this theory. You see, Noah had these men wrapped around his finger. CYAN STORM and the rest of the Purity Alliance were like his puppets, as he had complete control of them. The second in command actual was the most loyal to Noah. I suspect that Noah had planned to kill the King, and with how loyal his team was to him, they would take the blame should his plans fail. Also, Noah's body was never inspected. What if, the body had actually been a fake created by magic or some other kind of material? It is entirely possible that Noah is biding his time, probably to eventually come out of hiding with a new identity. I suspect that when he does reappear, he will tell the public he was just hiding from his second in command, who he will have claimed had him fearing for his life.
"I have but one piece of evidence, though, the reason I began looking into CYAN STORM to begin with. A great many years ago, I used to be very close to my brother. One day, he didn't return from his errands. I was sent out to look for him, and I could not find him. We looked, and looked, and looked, and looked, and we never did find him. One day, as I lay in bed, a letter fluttered from the open window to my lap. I opened it, and it read:
Dear _____(Tadvick left out his actual name),
I believe I must put your worrying mind to ease. I kidnapped your brother for the good of CYAN STORM, and we think he may be very beneficial to us, that is, if he doesn't die going but through the 'treatment.'
Much Thanks,
Noah G.
"My brother was a very skilled warrior, one of the best. It wasn't uncommon that Noah would take, rumored to have done so numerous times without permission, talent young men and turn them into super soldiers for his program. This is why I spent so much time researching CYAN STORM. The 'treatment' is something that only highly informed people would know about, and that is how I know it wasn't a prank. The 'treatment' is what was given to the warriors to make their strength grow in unfathomable amounts.
"My research also points to several suspicious things about him. He often spent time writing or talking to a good friend by the name of Aycel. We now know she heads the B.R.S. which, despite the fact we don't know what it stands for, we know that it is a very diabolical syndicate now. It is possible the two were partners in crime. She did seem to have a steady supply of overly powered warriors. Even back then, she was still involved in shady business. No one knows what she looks like, or even if her real name is Aycel. She was simply a contact, but know she is a fierce killer. I wouldn't call that coincidence. She is now in close contact with groups like Cell Sky and the Blackwind Organization (at this time, simply a group dealing in war machines; not yet revealed to be working for Shinora). She also has ties to Lord Montegomey VI, which we already know Noah did as well.
"Well, that is my case. Call me a conspirator, I don't care. I want to avenge my brother. If you find anything suspicious, or if you find any evidence, tell me. Also, feel free to inform anybody who you trust and you think could benefit from this knowledge (*hint *hint). If they ask for a source, tell them to wait for a letter in the mail. Inform me, and I will arrange the meeting between said person and myself." The man who called himself Tadvick took a deep breath, after finishing his case with minimal breathing intervals.

Kasei was patient. He listened to the story, though he was slightly interested in Noah. He took in everything, Purity Alliance, CYAN STORM, Montegomey, the death of Noah, B.R.S. Aycel, Cell Sky, and the Blackwind Organization. At the end of all of this, Kasei stood, and looked down on Tadvick. "If this is all true, then it is best you do some research into Kage Kaen, (Yes, i'm still using them) they may also have ties with Cell Sky and, subsequently, B.R.S., they are a ruthless band of thieves." The Rebel Flame said.
He turned away. "I think I will keep an eye on you. Both for you're own protection and further knowledge." Kasei said, leaving the room. His choice was final.

"See you," replied the man to the departing Kasei. Tadvick wasn't expecting an answer. Kage Kaen, thought the man, never heard of them before. I'll do some research. After looking throughout his house, he sent Alex out to see if he could find anything. Tadvick was indeed happy that the truth came out, but he was plagued by this new group he knew off.
OOC: End topic.
