[NPC - Discussion of Hylian Culture] Ralph Coryn

The Hylian man is leaning casually against a store's wall. He is dressed in brown, but the cloak around him to cover him from the slight autumn chill is light blue. Though his arms is crossed, you can see a silver ring on his right ring finger; the image of a cat is in the middle of the band.
It looks as if he is waiting for someone, but does not expect this person for quite a while. Certainly it wouldn't hurt to strike up a conversation with him. Perhaps there is some aspect of the Hylian culture that confuses you, and who better to ask then a Hylian so finely dressed?
