Bestowed by his fellow professors a study grant, to be renewed every five years, he travels to various locales and studies the locals and their inhabitants. Best known for his pioneering work with the Deku, the "Lakeside Professor" is currently residing in a small laboratory along the coast of Laruto Falls.
