A Quest!

As you wander through the Courtyard, you notice a flyer posted on a nearby signpost. It would be easy to walk past, but having seen multiple flyers like this posted all around the town, you decide to investigate. The paper reads:

Calling any and all brave souls to assist a crusader in his quest to retrieve his stolen property and inflict justice on the Pilferer's Phalanx!
All inquiries come find Regis Turniver in the Ornery Cucco Tavern in the Town Square.
