Spying you admiring her song, she smiles with a upturned face. "Hi there!" she greets, "welcome to Lon Lon Ranch. Perhaps I can interest you in a bottle of Lon Lon Milk?"

Pende shuffled about in his long robe exloring the land.

'I certainly hope i don't meet any monsters. This map here says the Exiles live in the Parapa Desert, but i don't think I can make it by myself. Hmmm, what's that? Why, it's a young farmer gilr singing a beutiful song....

Pende was off in dreamland for a moment, with a "head in the clouds" expression on his face.

'Whaaa! Spotted again! I just guess I'm not too sneaky. I'm glad I got to study magic back at home to protect my girl back at home instead of having to bea patty thief. Could only master one spell, but at least it was good for maiking money, even if it resulted in an ocasional rock being blown to bits with an acedental thunder spell. Milk? I don't really have any money, but maybe she'll give me a free sample.'

"Lon Lon milk? Actully, I've never tried that before, could i have a free sample to see if I like it?"

Rugger approached, quite tired and exhausted. In the old days he would quickly reach for his old flask and liquor. Of course that was the old Rugger. He stared at Malon, and was immediately captivated by her beauty. 'She reminds me of someone...maybe I should visit her...no I am not the same man she fell in love with.' His thoughts then turn towards milk. He cannot remember the last time he had milk, or at least milk not mixed with liquor.

"Yes my lady, I very tired and would like to have a glass of milk, how much is it?"

While tending to his cuts by the cucco, Denning walks tword Malon."THat would be great Malon."

Leon walks up to Malon and grins,puffing."I've been trying to find this place,but it took me a few hours to realize I was heading in the opposite direction.".He hums around and searches the ranch,and asks,"Does your milk have a cost?".

Cloud Walked in and sat to rest for a moment. He over heared Malon and said " I would like some lon lon milk, is there a price?" Said Cloud hoping it wasnt expensive.
He was very worn out from traveling.

Darilan was tired. Expensive or not, he was going to have a glass of milk. "Yes please, Miss, I will have a bottle of Lon Lon Milk."

Quest: Bessie Is Missing!

<img src="images/npcs/malon.gif" align="right">"Oh no!" you hear Malon worry as she searches the boundaries of the ranch. "Here Bessie, here girl!"

Asking what is wrong, Malon sobs, "my favorite cow, Bessie, has run away again. If you find any information on her, please bring it to me. She was carrying on her collar an old lantern of mine. Oh, please find her!"

"Yes, ma'am, I will get straight to it. She couldn't have gone too far."

Darilan comes back in with the rusted lanten hanging from his hand. "Found it for you." You don't want to know where.

'I was just passing when I heard your plight.' Raven says as he enters the ranch.

'I found this lantern on my travels.' He says and with a large amount of clattering he retrieves the lantern form the depths of his bag.I was going to try and restore it to working order, but the premise of a reward is more important than a working lantern.

'Here you go. It's worth more to you than it is to me.' He said holding out the lantern. At least I hope it is.

'A missing cow? How will i get my free sample now?'

"Don't worry, Malon. I'll find Bessie."

Pende dashed off.

Pende returns with a lanturn.
'Looks like I can forget about that free sample. I couldn't ask for milk from another cow, she'll get offended and kick me off the ranch.'

"I'm sorry Malon, i don't think you're cow is going to be coming home. It is most sad. I only wish I could have found her sooner, so that i could have brought Bessie home."

"Do not worry, I will find her."Dennning dashes off.

"I have found the lantern. Here you are ma'am."

A small Deku can be seen looking at a lantern while walking toward the house. "Lon Lon..." he looks up and reads the Sign announcing this is Lon Lon. "Here it is, finally. Ms... Ummm Lon Lon is it? Um, I found this Lantern and it says Lon Lon on it, I'm assuming it is yours." He says as he holds it out to her. "Try not to lose it again."

"Oh thank you for the help," Malon says quietly, clearly shocked. "I hope she's in a better place now." She then returns to the field to sing quietly to herself.

Darilan, Raven, Pende, Denning, and Grenada have earned 1 TP.
