The soldier from the courtyard stands outside the palace, arms tight at his side, face feeling simultaneously hard and careless. He holds a staff in his small bony hands, and appears to be leaning some of his weight on it. His black robes are tight over what would appear to be armor, they lack the rounded smooth look of a human torso. His black pants are lined with inlaid armor plates which gives them a larger, stronger appearance. his shoes have dug themselves into a nice groove in the sand and appear as if they hadn't moved even once. He looks directly at the party, before his voice thunders into existance.

"Voyagers! You are about to embark on a perilous journey into the bowels of a monster-infested palace in the name of this country. No matter the outcome, Hyrule has you to thank for your brave efforts, we shall be in your debt. We look forward to your heroic emergence from this cave with simultaneous fear and honor. In regards from the king, you are wished the best of luck."

He kneels down before these brave warriors, and prays for their well-being, survival, and heroic return. Standing up, he motions them to the mouth of the palace, a look of fear in his eye. He knows he wouldn't be able to do it, and admires them for it.

Alpha stands before the entrance of the mighty building. 'So...this is the place, is it? I've heard rumors that the Hero himself has traveled these halls.' He smiles. 'Well, I'm more than happy to follow in his footsteps.' With quick and silent movements, he heads towards the entrance, and into the darkness that awaits them...

Victor himself says a silent prayer before moving towards the palace entrance. Even in the day's light, the palace looked formidable. Gulping, the bard spared a final glance backwards before entering the palace and being swallowed by the darkness...

Without notice, the zoran mage walks past the man, a cold stare frozen onto his face as he walks the steps, the shadows of the palace drawing nearer and embracing him as he enters its cold atmosphere. A dreadful thought coming to his mind as he ponders the deaths of those he will commit but then a grin cracks open.

The sheikah rushes past him and Julian's face cringes at the fact that he'll have to work with others to survive the trials of this dungeon. A lonely thought passes his mind as he follwos behind the mage.

'This sheikah might come in handy after all.'

That was a long journey, but looking at the size of this place it was worth it. He looks up at the gaping maw of the palace in front of him. This place should have some good stuff. He then confidently walks up the lip of the palace and strides into the unknown.

Grenada himself shows up, a smile on his face, he walks calmly up to the group.

"Let's do this!"

He begins his ascent up the stairs boldly. Now is the time to enter the Palace.

As the party makes their way into the wide open entrance, they go through a half-second of all black before the previously magnificent ruins of Parapa Palace still shine with some luster. This grand hall, the first room is rather large. By the door sit two pots on either side.

Eyes finally adjusted to the darkness, Victor proceeds to walk towards the two pots. Not wanting to destroy anything, he merely takes a look inside of each of them, hoping to find some treasure...

As the group enters into the Palace and disappears from sight, two figures sit on a far away sand dune, watching.

"You're sure they'll be okay, Master?"

Master Zaris turns to Shada. "I have my doubts; I don't know many of those warriors too well. But with Alpha along with them, they should have little problem. Especially if he's been keeping up with his training."

Shada sags her shoulders. "I still think we should help."

Zaris shakes his head. "No, this little quarrel will serve as an excellent test. One that I hope Alpha passes."

Inside, Alpha follows Victor towards the pots. "Anything in them, Victor?"

On the left side of the door sit two hearts of medium size(50%) and on the other side, two jars of the same size and effect.

A small pang of dissapointment hits the bard before he turns to Alpha.

"Nothing we'd need right now. Just a few hearts."

Without a second thought about the pots, Victor walked towards the door and attempted to open it...

As he entered the first room it was as he thought it would be a large room but it seemed devoid of much that was worthy of attention. Altought he did like the way the place shone like a forgotten jewel. As he looked around he saw that the pots had caught the eye of one of their party, he turned his attention to the rest of the hall, wanting to see if there was any more than just some pots, Raven slowly walked around the room and deeper into the palace.

Just minutes after the group of warriors enters the Palace, another man dashes in behind them.

"Sorry I'm late. I wouldn't miss this for the world. Blank Fireside, at your service."

He walks to the center of the group.

Alpha speaks as he spots the hearts. "Well, I'm grabbing them for later, just in case." He reaches down to take one of the hearts.

OOC: I can do that, right? Save a heart for later?

Still trying to open the door, Victor speaks out to Alpha out of the corner of his mouth:

"That'd probably be a good idea."
