A lone Deku reaches age...

Under the ground, a brave Deku gathers his belongings. I will carry out this deed great Deku Tree.. My savior.. He grabs his Deku Shield, Deku dagger, Deku Sword, Deku Staff, Deku bow, and Deku Boomerang, All which have been enchanted with the power of the great deku tree's powerful roots. He packs up, and takes one last look at himself in the mirror... I will Not fail you Deku tree.. Your legacy will live on, until breath leaves my body.. He set out of his home, and into whatever adventure he would run into....

Blank watches the Deku talking to himself. The nomad has seen very few Dekus lately, and decides to become acquainted with the young scrub. He approaches the departing Deku.
Hey, there, Scrub. What's going on? Couldn't help but overhearing your little monologue in there.

The Little Deku spins around, and sees the giant figure looming above him. He realized that he had drawn his deku dagger on reflex. Still holding a defencive possition, he slowly mutters, Are you... a friend?.. The timid little deku takes one step back...

Paranoid little kid, isn't he?
Blank does not fear the Deku's small weapon. A person who means no harm is not likely to fall in harm's way. Extending his hand to the scrub, Blank bows oddly and introduces himself.
