Image"Hello there!" the Quartermaster bellows as he spies you walking into the shop. "I am the Hylian Knights' official Quartermaster, and it is my job to supply the troops, and adventurers such as yourself, with top of the line military-issue Deku-crafted equipment!

"Perhaps you would like to peruse my wares?

"Oh! And if you are looking to get training in the ways of the Grunt Base Class, then I am your Quartermaster to those ends. Let me know if you are interested so we can begin the training."

Your current Rupee count is listed in your profile page as well as under your avatar on the topic pages.

Each post you make is worth one Rupee, as well as each reply.

Unlike earlier versions editing your post does not earn you a Rupee.

The game will officially launch soon (like in the next day or two). Look for an announcement of the event at TDC itself.

OOC: ACK! I think I bought a sword when I wasn't supposed to. It said restricted to grunts, and the staff said restricted to scolars (like me)? So does that mean that the only weapon I can use is a staff?

Yes, only Grunts are trained to use 1H swords. I'll refund your Rupees and remove the sword from your inventory. Be more careful next time.

OOC: I believe so, at least that is the only thing you can use that is being sold at this place. Remember there are alot of other items out there. And again are we going to have spears. I would love to get another Magic Spear after our first mission :D

OOC: Rugger--were you wondering if we're going to have spears or not? Well... the rules set says yes *grin*.

Question for Narrator: I was thinking that, for training with our base class trainer (for Grunts, Hithos here), there is no requirement, all that's needed is to go up to the trainer and start the three quests? Sorry that I'm a bit murky on this here. However, according to Artorious we need three points first... and so we'd get three more (from the quest) after we train with our trainer? Thanks.

OOC: I actually changed the subclass achievement requirements in the Rules Set with 1.3. Now you only need to get three talent points worth of talents for your chosen subclass and then talk to the trainer, then you officially become that subclass.

OOC:For the quests to get three TP with Hithos, will it involve fighting?Do we need our own weapons,or will we get "rented weapons"?

There are two quests available right now that involve no fighting, just a simple "fetch" quest. You can also get TPs from leveling up.

A deku hoped out of nowwhere and bought a staff.

"There is a quest right here in north castle. Just talk to a distraugh Goron around here and he'll ask you for some would. Then in New Peak, there is some kid who wants a toy that is laying around in the flatlands. there is your hint, I don't got all day to talk to people and i'm out of here!"

The Deku runs off.[/i]

Embarrassed about the previous attempt to become a Mercenary, Grenada gives a loud sigh, here goes. "Quartermaster Hithos, I wish to become a Mercenary as I now have the talents: It's Just Business (2 TP) and Enterprise (1 TP)." He kneels down before the Quartermaster and lowers his head in a bow-like manner.
