as you leave the fight with bongo bongo andd follow the man in a cloak, you notice that he stopped at the lakeside...he turns around, and takes off his hood, revealing himself as the shiekah kasei... well, well, you are persistant, may I ask why you followed me? however, before you could get a word out, hee casts a very powerfull din's fire, knocking the wind, and senses, out of you as you are sent flying back... when you regain sense, you see he is coming at you, full force, dagger and fire to devastate you...

Nogare did not slow his pace. "You DOLT!" He was still a few paces away. "I know chikushou* well who you are, you shrewd butcher." He raised his staff. He knew remembered the spar by Tayro's Base. This man is skillful. There is no way he can die. He needed to be more careful. Way more careful. Kasei is likely more powerful than he was before. But I have trained. I know attacks I didn't before... I will be greater than I was before... This fight means Hyrule's fate. One man cannot defeat him alone, though... "Link, get the Hylian Knights! Tell them that a foe lies outside. Bring 25; we may need them all!" He say Kasei already running at him, and bearly had enough time to parry the attack. He counter attacked. as fast as he was able to. The Sheikah only barely blocked, and that was when Nogare jumped away, prepared for Kasei's next attack.

*chikushou is the Hylain word for damn.

OOC: Dude, remember, the stats are below.

kasei started out the battle with shadowmeld, then circled around nogare, hoping to strike the knight in the back, but a twig snapped, and nogare knew where to strike... hitting kasei in the face with a 3, the shiekah replied with a quick jab to nogares shoulder, a 2 in damage... the two are quickly thrown apart... hehe ... pitty, I thought I could help you gain more powrer, nogare... I guess I was wrong... well, though you refuse to, you will die today... kasei uses shadowmeld again, trying to confuse the knight...

kasei looked towards the newcomer, then pins him down using arrows...youre time is not now, small child....

OOC: Sorry aboot the long wait there, eh. I'll get right to this.

IC: As Kasei's dagger hit Nogare's shoulder, he was glad to see that it only went into his won skin a little ways. It's a good thing I got the chainmail before the battle at Ruto. It was dark, and he couldn't see. And being that Kasei used Shadowmeld, it was nearly impossible. He saw the shadowed figure of Link. "Link! You'll need your dagger! Don't throw it unless you must!" Apparently, as Nogare had guessed, the hit missed.

OOC: Just something really quick, I'm not saying all the stat stuff this time, since it sounds better in ordinary words, so, I have a Note Pad window open for this. OK? I'm still using the stats, but i'm not writing them here.

IC: Before Nogare is able to refocus on Kasei, which would really be only a few seconds, he felt something hit his leg. It was Kasei's dagger. The chainmail was there too, but Kasei's force made it go even deeper. Not serious, but still felt worse than a pinch.

He got up. Now, in slow motion, Kasei was charging at Nogare from behind, about 10 paces away, and Nogare focused on where the feet where coming from. Although a sheikah's feet are swift, the Hylian's ears are strong. He managed to heard him coming, and was able to hit Kasei's dagger out of his hands. The Shadowmeld spell was still on him, but the hit let Nogare know where his foe was. Now disarmed, Nogare went for a hit, yelling the words, "Honourable Kill!". Luckily, Kasei didn't wear any armor, and hit him with a powerful blow. But, he was fast, and was only hurt as much as was nessesary. But, this blow was more than Nogare had faced in this battle. blood shot from Kasei's stomach. Tensing his stomach saved his life!

OOC: Ok, if you're all excited, and don't know what's happening, these are the HP for the characters...

Nogare: 34

Kasei: 27

Link: 20. (I know you weren't hurt at all, Link, but scholars only have 20 HP, while grunts have 40. Vagabond, of course, have 30. OK?)

Now, Kasei. You need to think of what to do next. Say what you do, and I will give you the result. The promised time has come...

Now, if I were you, in would buy a few moves with your TPs. I don't want to win by too much.

oh yeah, thats right! kasei walked over to link, and took of his hat, revealing a mat of hair... what a mess! hahaha! he threw the hat over into the grass:

Cloud couldn't help but laugh. The boy was still pinned but he had gotten one arrow out. Cloud launched another arrow and replaced the one arrow.

IC: Many things happened in between the events of the battle.

Nogare knew he had to move fast. He was glad to have just learned his new attack during the day, since he was going to need it. "King's Banner!" He cried. Link and he were gained a bit stronger. But not much. It would be a little bit useful for the attack.

And Cloud was right about the attack being devastating. Kasei ran at Cloud with increadible speed, he hit Kasei with incredible speed. The attack was more powerful than any attack Nogare had ever faced. Once again, his chainmail saved his life, but it still hurt him. His chest was oozing with blood. Not much, but not little, either. But Link was not to be a more Fortunate one. He couldn't move. He was hopeless from getting out of the way. He knocked him hard, and without his sheild and tunic, he would have surely died. Link was coughing up blood, gasping, and struggling to keep his eyes opened.

the arrows missed kasei, but not by much...

Nogare, having been breathing hard from using King's Banner, knew he needed to get to Link. He ran at Kasei, who had been consentrating on Cloud's arrow. But even so, such was not enough to outrace the eyes of a sheikah. Kasei saw him running at him. Nogare attacked. As did Kasei. In fact, they nearly colided. Staff to Kasei, while dagger to Nogare. Luckily for Kasei, his staff was also already in hand, so it hit Nogare with both of his weapons. But Nogare knew that the impact of his charge would give the result of a more powerful blow. But the only reason he didn't fall was, once again, because of his armor.

OOC: OK, In back stage, on my Note Pad, this is so intense. Here is everyone's health so far:

Nogare: 34

Kasei: 26.

Link: 10

Cloud: 20 (full)


Ok, in that colide, I couldn't belive the result. OK, when Kasei used both his dagger and staff, it did a total of 17 STR. But, Nogare naturally has 3 DEF, + his chainmail, which is 14, which makes 17. But, Nogare's attack would have been 12, plus the charge, but Kasei has enough AGI and DEF to have only lost 1 HP! Incedable!

IC: Nogare got back up, and was glad that he was not at all hurt from the attack, but he saw that his staff only skinned him. As Kasei does his next move, Nogare hurries to Link, and murmurs, with his hands on the scholar' head, "Hiiki za kamigami..." A few of Link's wounds were healed. "This is the best I can do for now..."
Nogare hanked the arrows out of his Tunic, and hands him his hat. "Youn may want this..." He smiled, but then quickly refocused on Kasei.

OOC: Yes! Finally! Now, Link, now that I've healed you a little bit, you have 13 HP. OK?

Now, Kasei. I end my turn...
