Hyrule Adventures 2

OOC: Before I begin, I would like to say I finally see some excellent use in second person point of view. Now to rub it in the face of some English teachers I know.

IC: You are walking throught the forest when you see a cloaked figure sitting on the log. The person seems harmless, but if you are an experienced adventurer, you should be caustious. What do you do?

uum you ok?

"I'm perfectly fine," a feminine voice said. It sounds as if it's masking something. "The question is, 'Are you fine?' Tell me where I can find Lady Rose, and I won't hurt you."

Cloud overheard the figure's last statement as he was approching it. He drew his bow and loaded and arrow into it.

What do you want with Lady Rose?

The woman's voice laughed. "Do you honestly think that arrow is going to hurt me?" she sneered. "It is family business. Tell me where she is, and I won't hurt you either. Although, you are an attractive man. How about you join me, and I can fulfill all of your desires."

Huh? Uhh...NO!

Cloud let the arrow go and it headed right for the woman's head.

I owe my life to Lady Rose! YOU WILL NOT TOUCH HER!

A hand tinged with blue grabbed the arrow before it could hit her. "You are foolish, boy," the woman said with a laugh. "What does Rose mean to you? I hope you don't plan on marrying her. I already killed her in-laws once; I don't want to do it again. If you will not tell me, then I shall have to look for her myself. Consider this a warning. The next time you refuse to help me, in more ways than one, I will kill you. After I have my fun, of course." The woman laughs and throws a ball of energy at Cloud, barely missing him. Then she fades away.

You couldn't touch me! Pathetic.

Cloud pondered this for a while. If Rose's life was on the line, he would stop it.
