Blue Dragon Scale

In a dark corner of the town square, you see a small, shiny blue object, presumably a Dragon Scale. Will you pick it up?
OOC: You will know what this is for if you have read the book in the North Castle Library entitled "Ancient Legends from a time of Chaos, Volume I".
