I write a lot of poetry, so this is just the Zelda stuff. It's around a year old now. Each bold bit indicates a new poem.
Searching
Many years ago there once was,
A vast emptiness that lasted for an eternity of months
Then we three came
And gave it a name
The ground was made with fiery hands
There was no evil to darken the land
The mountain tops all so high
All this land was just mine
The life created by my love
Everything from Kokiri to dove
This world did I create
Without any sort of hate
With my wisdom I did teach
The land and people how to preach
A lot of these people did acquire
A lot of thins such a fire
But then evil arrived
It was vindictive, malicious and deprived
We took refuge in the sky
Out of reach and way up high
No evil can reach us here
So now all we can do is watch and shed tears.
Childhood
Once I stood here looking down
And what I saw were small towns
The peace I wove; the peace I kept.
Through the happiness I kept there,
The Children ran, without a care.
Far and wide they did run
And home they came with hungry tums.
All of that; I was denied
Because of time which I once was aligned
All of that I did not see;
As I was a better person than thee.
But now older I am
And regret not having scones made, layered with jam
But I was too busy saving the world
In which making me far too bold.
Of what I most regret
is never having friends that I met,
To make games that were never played;
And the little stories that could have been made.
If I could go back in time.
That is what I would make mine.
Shock
I awoke from a deep sleep
The familiar voice awoke me
Yet as my eyes opened
A new sight was to be seen
An old man standing in front of me
A quivery fairy in the air beside me
A long look at myself
I had grown up
In what seemed like overnight
I had lost my childhood
The innocence that I once possessed
Gone
Left for all time
Regrets
The turmoil I sent him through
The pain
The death
The torture
None was in vain
But all could have been avoided
I call myself wise
What is wisdom?
I loathe the word
Nothing but false knowledge
I made him pass through all that
Whilst my own turmoil was as great
Yet all could have been avoided
If I took the advice from around me
None of these memories would be with me
Torturing me at night
I regret this act
Waterfight
The splash of the ice cold water
Hits my face
Another wave of attacks
Come from the left
My hand glides across the water
Showing all in cold
Shrieks from all surrounding
A tsunami appeared upon me
A green head bobbing beneath me
A sharp intake of breath
Submerged
I become
A silent underwater battle is fought
With much water pushing through water
Energy is lost through me
I dive above for air
Followed by shrieks of laughter from her
My best friend
My only friend
Saria
Wind Waker
As the day turns to night
As the night turns to day
Another life has withered away
No one left to feel their plight
No one left to be held tight
For I move the time and sea
Just so I can save all thee
The world has changed
Yet no one knows
The effort it takes
To take the blows
For young I am
And inexperienced I be
So if I mistake
Please forgive me
Passing
The day has passed
Uneventful for most
The day has passed
Yet, nothing new
The day has passed
Nothing to do
The day has passed
I'm still standing tall
The day has passed
I've lifted the sword
The years have passed
I've matured
The days have passed
I've fought five temples
The days have passed
I've killed the evil
The days are back
I'm to relive
The days are back
To relive what?
Princess
FYI: This is based on the Zelda Cartoons, nothing else
Once I was a travelling man
I wandered the plains of old
Now I sleep in this castle
I seem to sit and watch the mould
Why stay here
Why bother at all
I look out yonder window and see
The Princess fair and tall
She's the only reason I am here
For my love is bound to her
And soon I will kiss her
To seal my own personal goal
For love is eternal
For whoever it be
And now I see her in her robe in day
What happy company
I've shot through trees
Dived into the underworld
Swam for miles
Lifted many things
Just to save her life
And gain the love I need
For I will kiss her
And she will kiss me
One day soon
Without the interruption
That's always necessary
My love will be sealed
For all eternity

Thanks all. I've written a ton of other poetry, non-gaming related. I've also been published in a few young poets anthologies (not that I own them though XD).
