Here you can talk about anything that has to do with Mortal Kombat. I personally like the game, but I haven't gotten the resent one.
Mortal Kombat it was at it's best a looooooooooong time ago. The recent games have been ok. so I'm really neutral. ::)
I like the new ones, because of the graphics, did anyone see the movies, they're working on number 3 right now, I think its coming out next year.
The movies are among others to fall into the video game/movie trap. Rule of thumb that I think seems to apply in general.

Mortal Kombat 1-4 were good, 5(Deadly Alliance) started the downfall and in my opinion I didn't like the most recent one(Shaolin Monks) you only had two characters in the beginning and they told you the fatalities! I loved guessing!

speed is the key, i own all with cyrax then do his fatality where he brings them inside his chest then grinds them up. Gory! ; ;D

the movies were horrible yet funny because of how horrible they were.

They just looked horrible, now if they redid them today with the same graphics as FFVII:AC they could be good. I would like to see them then.
They're making a 3rd movie, and I think its coming out next year.

My favorite was MK4, it was considered to be the best of the series.
I'm best in MK5:Deadly Alliance though, i own with reptile and cyrax.
