My favorite was the OoT soundtrack.
ALttP... by far. I love the Hyrule Castle Theme, the Death Mountain Theme, Ganon's Theme, the Lost Woods Theme and Zelda's Theme.
Other than that I also like the Dungeon Theme and Overworld Theme in LoZ, the Thunderbird Palace Theme in AoL, Ballad of the Wind Fish, the Mabe Village Theme, and the Animal Village Theme in LA, the Hyrule Castle Theme and the Great Sea Theme in TWW, and a few from TMC. Most of all in that game I like the Picori Theme.

Sora, please post a link. All I can find is broken parts of it, and those are MIDIs, which are cool, but MP3s are so much better for burning onto a CD.
