Ganon! I don't dislike him more, but he is soo totally evil.
I don't know who to choose! Also, I don't really hate either of them more.

Ganon is worse, i have so many bad memories with that guy. Besides, Ganon would destroy Vaati in a fight!
Vaati is more of a charismatic villain. Where as Ganon is just this mindless raging destruction machine. It seems that Vaati has independant thought.

Ganon, he dosen't die, quite he always has ways of coming back cuz he isn't killed all the way. Vaati however, well he cracked like an egg and BAM!!11!!one!!! Although I suppose he will be back for games similar to the multi-player four swords on the LttP.
I have to go with Vaati if I judge them based on attitudes, but Ganon looks cooler, especially in OoT. Except for human Vaati. It's a shame he turned into an eyeball.

He is killed all the way in LoZ, ALttP and the Oracles. :-* But Ganon is definitely the better of them. Just look at FSA.
