Is Articuno able to be found in Emerald? Just a question. You can also disscuss pokemon here.
I sincerely doubt it. I don't think Articuno is even mentioned in Ruby, as well as Sapphire. You could probably get it with an Action Replay, but I'm still unsure there.
I don't think he was in any of the other pokemon games, except the first three.

Yeah, you can get them from fire red and leaf green, and trade them. Now they need to come out with a new jhoto adventure! :-[
