He's not such a bad guy. I got to know him a little better recently, seeing as how he is my friends bro. From what i heard it wasnt even him. I dont know why I believe it, but thier friend DID stay the night that night. Its best that he spends time away from TDC for a while. Is he banned, or temporarily banned?

This is the second time something happened with him that "wasn't his fault". First the prank and then the spam. How can I trust that he can keep his account secure and not allow something like that again. And if I did unban him, what kind of precedent would that send? "Do something awful, say it wasn't you, and you're golden?"
