Go to Zeldablog.com and click 'Search'. There's an article aying Paper Zelda was confirmed! OMFG!! That is SO COOL! Wouldn't you all love a Zelda RPG?
They took my idea, bastards!
A Zelda RPG would be okay... but it sounds like it would have a weird storyline.
Who says that its story is going to be weird? Look at The Legend of Dragoon; it's an RPG, but its storyline is awesome!
What I'm saying is that the story and the gameplay are not dependant on each other.
That would be cool if they had Paper Zelda. I love paper Mario. Link's partners could be: deku scrub, zora,(It might look weird paper version...), goron, and/or other races or monsters. :)
that would be kinda cool but the storyline might suck.
I hate to burst your bubble, put Paper Zelda wasn't refering to a game. A devoted fan had made models out of Link, Zelda, and Majora's Mask using paper. It's not a video game, folks. Sorry.
thats ok I wasnt that excited for it.

Well, if you go to Zelda Blog (http://www.zeldablog.com) and read the article, it's quite clear that there isn't go to be a Paper Zelda game. It's nothing more than a model of Link, Zelda, and Majora's Mask made with paper. The Missing Link is just being goofy with the title of the article.
Zelda already is an RPG. No reason to take out the elements that makes it almost a true RPG to make it a traditional RPG. :-* Lots of people claim that it isn't an RPG because it doesn't have stats.
Well, what about Action/Adventures? Do Zelda have stages? No. Are there any Action/Adventures that don't have stages? And what about dungeons? I think you have to look for a long while to find an Action/Adventure with dungeons.
Neither do they have that many NPCs, and Heart Containers/Pieces is Zelda's stats system. It also has multiple items, subscreens and upgrades. All that is rather rare in Action/Adventures.
Just because Zelda looks more like a western RPG than a Japanese one doesn't make it any less RPG.
After TAoL, I'd rather not see a more traditional RPG for Zelda. Zelda is a good enough RPG as it is.
By the way, I just got an idea for a topic.
What is TAOL?
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. It is perhaps the worst game in the series (taking out the CD-i and BS games), but it is still worth playing. Experience points and levels were added to it, but this system became awkward. And when you saved, you only kept the items, your current levels, and the bosses remained defeated, but you lost all of your experience points.
AoL is the BEST Zelda so far. Well, probably not THE best. LoZ is the best. :-*
AoL was annoying, i had to play for like 6 hours to get a level cause the experience got so high. i preffered LoZ.
Holy crap, I was wrong. But I would love to see a Zelda RPG, like a traditional RPG, cuz in my eyes the only kind of RPG is a turn-based battle one. But this means I can still make it ;D
Meh, Tales of Symphonia isn't turn-based. The Elder Scrolls isn't turn-based. All the good RPGs are real-time. :-*
I thing that a game like that would have the same criticizem that Gameinformer had for Paper Mario: The Thousand year door. The million year, bore they called it. ;D ;D ;D
