IF the minish made the armos to help the humans (As told to you by Ezlo at the air ruins) why do they try to kill link? If they were made by the minish to help the humans why are they not working along side Link and the guards?
The Armos are there to guard the Wind Ruins. They see Link as a potential threat. For all they know, they are doing what they were made to do. Plus, they were made to help the Wind Tribe, not all humans in particular. They are only at the Wind Ruins.

But armos are all over hyrule in other games. I took this that they were made by the minish too. What about on the first one where they are standing in the middle of nowhere? WHat are they guarding?
I think that the Armos in TMC were the only ones made by the Minish. But seeing how the Armos can be found in the temple in OoT, I can see how they were made to help protect the temple.
