is the running man from OoT going to be in twilght princess .Or his he going to be a post man again
We're just going to have to wait and see. Although, it doesn't look like Nintendo is reusing a lot of characters this time.
ok if the running man is in it i dont want to race him again because i wont be able to do it .In OoT the running man beat me by 1second and i got so mad i kept trying but i cant do it
You cant, be faster than the running man! No matter what, the running man, will allways be faster. So if you claim that you are faster than, the running man, you will get Gannon-Banned. (LoL) ;)
I remember back in the days of Triforce rumours and beat-the-running-man rumours. I actually tried one of those beat-the-running-man rumours, but found a flaw. You can't enter the Bombchu Bowling when you're Adult Link. :-* I so miss those days.
I don't think he'll be in TP, though. At least, he'd look very different.
Well, we know his bloodline will last at least until TWW, so it is possible. I'd love to see him in it. I don't like it when Nintendo copies the entire cast from earlier games, but a few familiar faces apart from the main characters would be nice.
Actually, I have a theory that not all the Link's are directly related. Instead, all of them are descended from the first Link (who I don't think is the HoT). In ALttP it's said that only one of the Line of Knights can vanquish evil.
I do, however, believe that all Link's are reincarnated. The legend of the Flood strengthens that theory.
But what about when KoRL said: "He has no connection, with The Hero Of Time."
I was talking about the running man, not Link. :) We know his blood flows through some of the Rito.
But I agree with your theory for the biggest part. I don't think the Links are descendants of eachother necessarily, but at least must carry the blood of the Hylian Knights. For the same reason, I also don't think they necessarily all are descendants of the first Link, whoever he was, but rather of a small, chosen group.
When you say "reincarnate", what do you mean? I don't think his person reincarnates, but rather his essence; the potential to be the next hero.
I mean, as in 'reborn'. That's the only thing that can explain the absence of the Hero before the Flood. Wth a possible exception of the first game, Link has always been born before Hyrule is threatened, so it has to be decided by the Goddesses through prophecy when Link is going to be reborn.
Howeer, the future is clouded. That's why no Hero had been born to oppose Ganon when he invaded before LoZ and before the Flood.
I guess the legend in AoL is another example.
I just think that Link failed.
Why would Link have to win? There's no reason or quote stating he will win. I think a hero failed in the flood story, I think a hero failed to wake Zelda etc. After all, how many times do the in-game Links get a chance to die? He wouldn't be a real hero if he is destined to win.
I think it would be superb if Nintendo put the Running man OR the postman in TP. I would buy it for that reason :P
Okay... The running man (Postman?) will return. Here is the proof! (http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k287/ZeldaVeteran/mailman.jpg)
That's a great picture! Where did you find it! Aside from that, it's stretching the page, and I'm going to have to reduce it to a link.
that is mental
The way he sounds when he runs is mental :P
he can probly run twice as fast in OoT
No, in OoT he eventually gets the bunny hood from you, and he's like a friggin bullet! :P In this game, he's actually kinda slow, and he's clumbsy too.
hes probly quite old now
Check out those tight shorts!
Now he is styling...
The shorts are pretty short... and tight ???
the running man still wheres his red hat with the bunny on it ,i think the bunny on his hat is cute
*whistle* He is hot! :P
um... eww ???
the running man would be at the very end of my marrige list
