As you probably have noticed there has always been little partners for link in the LOZ series. Some are a little vauge but still partners.

LoZ- Old Man
AoL- Town wise men
ALttP- Sasharalla ( I probably mispelled)
OOT- Navi
MM- Tatl
LA- Owl
OoA & OoS- Maku Trees
WW- King of Red Lions & Tingle ( If You use the Tingle tuner)
MC- Ezlo
TP- Midna
PH- unknown fairy

Which is your favorite of the following? Obviously you can't be certain on TP or PH since you haven't played them yet. Mine is King of Red lions cuz he's well you know, a boat. Tell me if I missed any.

i would go with the king of red lions, because he wasnt as annoying as Tatl or Navi

Midna looks very interesting, but if she "turns out to be Zelda", I swear I'll never play a 3d/console tloz again. For now she gets my vote. But I also have weakness for Tatl.

my vote goes to tatl. We spent a lot of virtual time together. :P Besides, she was more helpful to me than Navi ever was.

even through i've not played TP i think Midna will be a good partner but i think that the King of Red Lions is good because he does'nt talk to you much he says one thing and thats that unless you talk to him unlike navi she just talks talks talks .

The King of Red Lions is also nice, and Navi, well, I only use her for targeting monsters!

midna is sweet. Apart from KoTL she is the only one who helps Link attack. She also is like Links fairy, helping him out. Plus she is so mysterious.  I stick to my theory about Midna trying to trick Link to release Ganon from the Sacred Realm
