Anyoen else deeply saddened by the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina?
I look at the pictures of New Orleans, 80% of which is under 20 feet of water, and I can't help but feel somewhat depressed for all the poor souls that lost their homes, livelihoods, or lives in this disaster.
Same here. It's such an annoyance to see what horrible things a hurricane can do to all those innocent people. I guess all I can say is that I'm lucky not to be in most of their positions, but it's just so sad...
The storm still hasn't ended for the people down there. I encourage everyone to pray for them and hope for the best. I hope God will come up with some happy miracles to make peoples' lives better. So many have lost things that cannot be returned. New Orleans looks/sounds bad. I heard that a lot of them are being evacuated to San (Antonio?) Texas.
Aw, hell. I don't know a whole lot about it, but from what I've seen it was bad, to say the least. Water everywhere mixed with toxic paint, chemicals, rotting flesh.. and so on. Not a pretty picture. I hope they get out OK; this morning on the news, Bush said it could take years to clean this up. Yowch! @_@
It always sad to see people suffering and losing their homes and even families, but if we could be happy about all this is watching people getting together in order to help, do we need tragedies like this to help each others? :(

Wow...this is old. But you can do what almost everybody in America does when things go wrong...blame Bush. He seems to be America's scapegoat.
Lost your job? Bush's fault
Hurricane hits your house? Bush's fault
Girlfriend broke up with you? Bush's fault.
