k, this is my sketch of a character from Wolf's rain. haha it took me a while to finish... please tell me how i could inprove it or something.

Hmm...very interseting. It would look even better in color. :)
A friend of mine uses the same idea and techniques when she's drawing manga or anime characters. Using a mechanical pencil, I think it takes too long... I like to go about using more rapid movement in my sketches...
As an experiment, try drawing with an ink pen, in order to get an idea of how the manga artists do the work they do so quickly... It's rather nice, really.
k i could try using an ink pen........ but i suck at

I do too, that's why I always leave my pictures in black and white.

Same thing with me. I don't have a scanner and I stink at computer art also. I would get a Deviant art account, but what would I do? I can't submit pictures without a scanner. Great picture, once again!

I'd like to draw that well. I could be doing graphic novels then. But oh well. I'll just make do with my writing skills. But it would be neat if I found someone to team up with. But enough about that. For people who's saying they don't have scanners, you can always find someone with a scanner and mooch off of them. That's what I'm going to do if I need something printed.

i like your sketch very well and i like how you did the shading because i could never do that .

If you guys really want to show your drawings you could always just take a picture of the drawing, at least you would be able to show something...
I've taken pictures of my drawings a few times and most of the time it doesn't make it look worse than it is, nor does it reflect onto the white paper in a weird way.
