After an intense game of Gears of War®, turn on Peter Jackson's King Kong on HD DVD, play PAC-MAN on Xbox Live® Arcade, or even watch an episode of CSI: Miami that you downloaded earlier.

Xbox Live Marketplace is the place to download your favorite movies and TV, and remember to check back on Xbox.com to see what's new!

all news are from sites

mod edit: I assumed you meant news when you said new

If we read it, we would know that it came from "sites."  Which sites, we wouldn't know unless we Googled Xbox.  So in a way, Darkpuppet fears is correct.  You need to cite your sources, not just say that it's from a site.  You need to say which site it's from.  Which you did, but in your second post.  It would be better to do it in your first post.  Just a friendly hint.

Then you needn't post in an Xbox topic.

Maybe it's cause we hate Bill Gates?

Or maybe cause Xbox's don't have anything special on them?

Nintendo games are fun, whilst PS3 is overpriced...

My prediction:
PWN3D!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many Wii online functions not ready for launch [update 1]
Posted Nov 16th 2006 2:55PM by Kyle Orland
Filed under: Nintendo Wii, Online

Nintendo announced today in a press release that many of the Wii's online functions would not be available when the system launches in North America on Sunday. The release reveals the forecast channel will debut on Dec. 20, while the news channel (with content from the Associated Press) will debut Jan. 27 of next year. The release also suggested that the Wii's Opera browser would not be available for download immediately, saying "more information about the availability of the browser will be released in the coming weeks."

Nintendo did confirm that 12 Virtual Console games would be available on launch day, including Donkey Kong, SimCity, Super Mario 64, Sonic the Hedgehog and Bomberman '93. The release also confirmed that new VC content would be released every Monday and established pricing for Genesis and Turbo-Grafx games at 800 points ($8) and 600 points ($6) respectively.

Of course what is perhaps the key online feature for a game console -- actual online game play -- still won't be available until next year, making a lot of this moot from a certain perspective. Still, this delay in more basic online functionality makes us wonder how well Nintendo's online strategy will be able to go from a practical standing start to keeping up with the big boys.

Naruto 360-bound in 2007
Ubisoft bringing popular anime/manga character to Microsoft's next-generation console next year.
By Tor Thorsen, GameSpot
Posted Apr 6, 2006 1:42 pm PT
Since its 1999 debut in Shonen Jump magazine, Naruto has become a full-blown phenomenon. Besides the original manga series, the eponymous hyperactive ninja's adventures have spawned two movies and a wildly popular anime series, which currently airs Fridays and Saturdays on the Cartoon Network.

Naturally, there have also been a bunch of Naruto games--more than a dozen at last count. However, the majority have been Japan-only releases, with just a few, such as Naruto: Clash of Ninja (GameCube), making it to North American shores.

Pouncing on an untapped market, Ubisoft announced today it has signed a deal with VIZ Media, owner of the North American Naruto license. Under the terms of the deal, the French publisher will internally develop a Naruto game for the Xbox 360 for release in the entire Western Hemisphere in 2007.

"Naruto is a huge hit around the world, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to develop a game that will bring this exciting character to life," said Christian Salomon, worldwide licensing director at Ubisoft. "Naruto is part of a wave of Japanese manga and anime that appeals to kids and adolescents alike."

Interestingly, the Ubisoft deal does not extend to Japan, where Naruto games are currently published by Namco Bandai Games. The most recent entry into the series, the fighting game Naruto: Ultimate Ninja, was developed by CyberConnect2 and released in Japan last October. It will arrive in the US in June.

Im not a HUGE fan of X Box, however, games like Halo, and Gears of War make it hard to hate. I am the un-disputed champ at Halo. I may start a topic. Also, the PS3 can suck my hairy..... toe. The four main games im getting for wii are so far:
- Twilight Princess
- Super Smash Bros. Brawl
- Dragonball Z Budokai: Tenkaichi 2
- Call of Duty 3

I may get an X Box as well. Also, good info, I like being up-dated. :) Also, did you hear of the man that was injured in the stampede for the PS3 at best buy? PlayStation brings suffering~!! Suffering I tell you!! :-[

So is this topic about all the next-gen consoles?

I doubt I'll be getting anything other than the wii.
And the wii will probably be my last ever console :)

Sounds like a game worth grabbing! I'll be getting no more games for the GameCube, in fact, i plan to sell it. Who would want one, I havent a clue, due to the release of the Wii, PS3, and the X-Box360. I could get a good 100$ for all the things im selling, then i can grab some more games.

I would actually buy a Gamecube if it's cheap enough since I won't be getting a Wii for a long time.

I wouldn't recommend selling your games just yet, ZV. It would probably be a thing that your too fast to give up, only to mess  it when it's long gone...
