The Desert Colossus

Like I said in my Twilight Princess blogging, I found something interesting. We already know that the worlds of Light and Darkness are coliding in the game, only the Dark world is refered to as the "Twilight Realm". And what's more, you will find a mirror, that serves as a last link between two realms. I think it may be possible that it is one and the same as the magic mirror in "A Link to the Past/Triforce of the Gods". Also, it turns out that Ganondorf is thrown into the Twilight realm! Perhaps it is in fact the dark realm!

Either they are, or Nintendo recycled it  ;D

I actually thought that as well, although I thought of a different mirror: the Dark Mirror from Four Swords Adventure, although I suppose this theory works for both. Without saying too much, you've got to think of the Mirror of Twilight's ultimate fate. It is quite possible that parts of the Mirror of Twilight were found to have the property of traveling from world to world, and reused in other mirrors that ended up with the same properties, albeit for a different realm. Because of its ultimate fate, I doubt they're one and the same, but I think they're definitely related.

The Twilight Realm is NOT the Dark World. Depending on whether you think the Dark World and the Sacred realm are the same thing, the Twilight Realm either is the realm between Light and Dark, or at least not the Sacred Realm.

It is possible the mirror fragments got reused. Quite possible in fact. Or that they have the same creator(s).

The Mirror in FSA is one used to create evil clones or copies of various things, not a portal to the dark world. They only have the free ability to transfer between worlds.

That's true. I have FSA, and beat it twice. The mirror's creator? ZANT!!! BUM BUM BUM!! No evidence, I just said that to arrise suspicion that I am a complete moron.

Zant's not the creator- the goddesses created it during the whole "banishing the Twili to the Twilight Realm" episode. It was then passed down to the population of Hyrule.

I don't think the Mirror of Twilight can be the Magic Mirror from ALttP. The Magic Mirror is used to travel to the Light World, not the Dark World (which IS the same world as the Sacred Realm because the name given to the purified version in the Japanese version is the same name given to the Sacred Realm in the Japanese version of OoT).

If ALttP had been made today I think it would have been called the Mirror of Light.

Oh, by the way, I think that it isn't the mirror, but I can't be sure of it.

  In LTTP, in the Dark Worodl, scattered everywhere are talking trees and such. I remember one saying that they last saw humans during the a war (The one in OOT during the seven years sleep thing). Also, they don't appear in TP. Interesting. Was LTTP before TP?

 The FSA Mirror has no connection. All it does is create Shadow Links that can go between realms. Plus, I think Zelda deleted it (Not break, I think she warped it somewhere. I don't remember it breaking.)
 
 TP Mirror, used to transport teleport between something form one world to another. I think, so far in the game series, that this mirror was made before TP, and doesn't appear in another game,

also, he carries around the mirror in ALttP. I would love to see him try and lug around the mirror of twilight.

also, when he enters the twilight realm, the triforce gives him a form of power, the wolf. in the Dark Realm, he doesn't get a very powerful form-quite the opposite.

He turns into a cute little bunny!

Also, most people in the Twilight, when sent there, turn into spirits. In the Dark World, they turn into trees and strange aminals (spelled wrong purposely) and stuff.

lol...i like saying aminals....yes, anyways, I think there is mroe evidence against it than for it.
