Does anyone know when Link was actually born?
What do you mean?
A. The character in-game or for the real world (ie, when TLOZ was released)
B. If the first option, which Link?
C. What do you want to hear? Because if I'd say 1345 AT, that still wouldn't mean much, huh.
In most games, you can assume Link is +/- 16, so +/- 16 years before each adventure, Link is born.

I'm thinking about 1277 A.C. (Meaning after creation) But no one one really knows.
I had a timeline that told me when each Link was born; however, it's been quite a while since I looked at it. I'll have to dig it up again, and now that my fanfic is starting to come to an end, I might have to publish it as a reference.
Wolf Link, a large majority of us have different timelines for the story. Putting this question out here to all of us at TDC will yield multiple and varying answers. In other words, there is no definite answer to your question. You always have the option of shifting through the evidence in the game and come up with your own timeline.

Unlikely. OoT takes place a decade after a UNIFICATION War, and the Shadow Temple mentions Hyrule's bloody history, which I believe refers to the centuries before the unification.
That leaves only 1-200 years for the Hylian Age, when the Hylia was on their greatest. In ALttP it's stated that several artifacts, like the Master Sword, were made at that time. So OoT, because it's just after a unification, or re-unification if you will, cannot take place in the Hylian Age.
