How the heck do I beat the second boss? I tried everything, sword, Cane of Pacci, gust jar, bombs! Gah! I need help, please.

The Legend of Zelda rule #5 : Always defeat a dungeon's boss with the item you got from the sub-boss (or at least, found very recently, most likely in the dungeon)

Well, you got using the Cane of Pacci right. Now observe what happens after you use it against Gleerok. The rock on his back stuns him and his head lands on the ground, correct? When that happens, climb it's neck and get stab happy.
