The Desert Colossus

So, who was your favorite big bad boss? I didn't put You-Know-Who on here because I didn't have enough room. But you can vote for him via write-in ballot. :)

I really like Zant, Blizzeta and Stallord, but I'm going for Blizzeta as fav.

I thought they were all reasonable (though really easy), but I loved Morpheel. Pretty much entirely because of the second phase. Link swimming after him and latching on to stab him in the eye looked so cool. But Argarok looked sweet as well, Morpheel only just beat him out.

I like Zant, Morpheel, Stallord and Argorak.
It was a tie between Argorak and Stallord though.

I think Stallord by far was my fav boss because it was so fun.

Stallord! I could fight him over and over, that battle is so much fun, especially the second half.

Stallord, and unless I think Zant is way cooler, it will remain him.

My favorites are the Stallord battle (I loved how they used a variation of an OoT boss theme for the second form, as well as use awesome camera angles and utilization of the Spinner), the Blizzeta battle (the battle theme for the first form was very good), the Zelda battle (COMPLETELY ironic!), and Ganondorf's fourth form (a completely awesome sword fight! :D ).

Yeah, Stallord was just awesome. Best Zelda Boss EVER!!!!!

He was way too easy though.

I thought he was quite difficult, really.

The only "difficult" part, IMHO, was when those zombie things kept popping up from the ground and kept blocking you. But they only took one hit to die so it wasn't that frustrating.

Well, they blocked me on the third attempt forever, and they seriously slow you down. Plus, i took a while to realize the patern of the moving things on the rails, too.

Yes, taht was definitely my favorite fight, although the first phase was more fun, it was like some twisted form of bowling.

The second part was better, those sceletons were gone.

MF what are you talking about with the variation of the OoT fight?  For some reason I can't remember the Blizzeta fight at all.

The same music that plays during the second half of the Stallord fight was also the music for Volvagia and King Dodongo. It was also used in the Fyrus fight.

Stallord. I mean, come on! I giant skeleton? That summons all sorts of little zombies to defend him? The fight was pretty easy, but... come on!

Awesome, plain and simple.

The second part was awesome, too.

I'm 100% positive. It's the choral part. It's not really that noticeable, but it's definitely there.

Edit: I guess I should've said, "part of it was also used in the Fyrus fight." ;)

I loved it so much. The swimming bit especially, and hack its eyeball, I just idly swam round for ages because I dodn't wan't the fight to end.
I also loved the last two parts of the ganondorf fight. The horseback one and the on foot one.

I'm gonna have to go with Argarok. He was a fun boss, his dungeon looked sick, and the battle was a hight flying bit of mayhem! ;D

I wihs i could battle him again.

Recently did this one as well, that was amazingly cool! ;D

I hated him, I almost died, and it took too long.

Nah, Argarok was a classic! Besides, you got to use the cool weapon, the Double Clawshot.

It was hard... I loved Stallord, Armagohma.... But I think Morpheel was just a little bit better. >w< But Stallord's boss fight was unbelievably fun. <3

Argarok was alright, but the dungeon kicked ass.

The first thought that entered my head once I got there was... Laputa. Gotta love Miyazaki.

I thought the Argarok battle was just so cool. It was so...un-Zelda like. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air.

I hated the dungeon, the music was terrible and annoying, and that sky theme made me fall alot.

How exactly is Argarok un-Zelda? I thought it was a brilliant fight, and it seems perfectly Zelda like to me. owo Second Stage, needing the item recieved in the dungeon...

i liked blizzeta because of the music in the battle, and the stallord battle because i thought it was different.

I think you totally misread my post. I said it was "cool" and "a refreshing breath of fresh air."

And I don't know exactly how it was un-Zelda like, it just felt different.

Hey, it's okay, everyone's entitled to their own. Hell, I think AoL is un-Zelda, but there tons who would disagree with me.

Morpheel, then Fyrus.

Argorok didn't feel un-Zelda. it didn't look cool without its armor, and it took 10 hearts away from me at once. Zora armor. But looking like Spiderman was fun.
