I saw it on Wikipedia. And please don't say "Wikipedia is completely fake and is never correct.", it seems true.

Well, let's try it. We need first to get 50 Gold Skulltula Tokens, or was it 40? I'm not sure. Then we need to burn the red Ice in front of the shop before King Zora and buy one for 300 rupees, then unfreeze him. Let's see if it's true.

umm....I don't think that's possible. there is no way you can get that many tokens before you unfreeze King Zora...

How do you know? Alot are available as a child, and the hookshot can help, too. And it seems to have been done. Mabye you should first see which ones you can get on TDC's Gold Skulltula list.

Try not to look at the kiss as a romantic gesture.  Some past cultures and some cultures in the modern world use the kiss as a greeting or a way of thanks.

Yeah, if I haven't read Misfile (http://www.misfile.com/index.php?menu=archives) by Chris Hazelton, I might not have thought to say that. ;)

You all live in this century, right? How about checking internet some more?

google + "text dump ocarina of time" = OOT text dump page

search "kiss"

Find: "Ohhh, I'm revived... Was it you who saved me? Don't be so nervous! I will give you a Zora Tunic as a token of my thanks. If you have this, you can... What?! You already have one? You're  ready for anything, aren't you! With my heartfelt thanks...how about a KISS?! What? You don't want it?! Oh well... If you don't want my rewards, you can listen to my troubles..."

I refuse to modernize! and thanks for checking. So he really doesn't kiss him then.

Nope. Still, he was offered one and that's what this topic was saying in the first place.

Mkay, because I doubted he would get off his butt to kiss Link. If he did try to bend over he would probably fall and flatten him.

You know, I never even thought about seeing what would happen if you did this, let alone actually doing it. :P

Quite the contrary, actually. You can get WAY more than that...and you can do it before you reach the Fire Temple!

Here's what you do: First, learn the Song of Storms from Guru Guru in Kakariko Village when you're an adult. When you learn it, become a kid again and go to Hyrule Castle. By the moat, there should be a tree. Play the Song of Storms right by the tree to reveal a hole.

Go into the hole, blow up one of the rocks (or walls; I don't clearly remember which) with a Gold Skulltula behind it, and kill it. With your back right to the spot on the floor that will warp you out of the hole, Z-Target (or L-Target) the token and throw your boomerang at it. As soon as you throw it, walk into the hole. If you do it correctly, then you should see the message that you got a Gold Skulltula token on the white screen that appears when you step on the spot on the floor. This should mean that the room reset itself as you stepped onto the spot, but since the token came to you, you get an extra token.

You may need precise timing for this trick, so if you mess up (meaning that if the Gold Skulltula doesn't reappear when you play the Song of Storms by the hole again and reenter it), you'll need to reset the game to allow yourself to do the trick again. This trick allows you to get more than 100 Gold Skulltulas.

I, sadly, messed up when I only had 83. I still need 17 more.

Well, this is something I haven't done in this game yet. Guess I'll have to do it next time I play through.

Haha, I was browsing through an OoT text dump, and I found this:

QuoteYou idiot!
When you talk to someone, you
should make eye contact!

You idiot!
When you talk to someone, you
shouldn't stare!

You idiot!
When you talk to someone, you
should take off your mask!

You idiot!
I don't know why I'm calling
you that, but...you are one!

Talking about text dumps, is this quote in the game and if so, when do you get to hear it?:
"Hi, I'm a talking door."

I don't think it's actually in the game. Funny either way.

Mabye the door in TWW was supposed to say that.

it seems most likely, but he's much too rude to speak that politely.

I thought the door was too polite to say that.

I thought of that door from TWW too. Maybe they put it in OoT as a joke, but forgot to take it out. Or something.

The Zora King kissing Link?  Again, don't think of it necessarily as a romantic gesture.  To many cultures past and present, a kiss means more than "I love you."

I never said anything like that. Just the image of that huge fishy blob placing his eating hole on some part of Link's body and kissing it. it's disturbing! Stop jumping conclutions Hi No!  ??? ???

I wonder what kind of diseases King Zora is carrying...

Only the kind Zoras can get.  I hacked into his medical profile the other day.

It's not that disturbing, it's more just funny. To me, at least.
