Title: Revolution and TP
Post by: whatsherface on December 14, 2005, 01:42:36 PM
I've heard rumors that they may put TP on the revolution instead of gamecube?  Anybody have any info or tips on this?

No way! I'm sorry but whoever told you that rumor wants to make you cry. TP is gonna be on the Game cube.

Revolution won't even be out until late 2006 (I believe), so it'll be too late to see TP on it. It's definitely a GameCube title.

I thought Revolution was coming out in the Spring.  I hope it outsells 360.

It better. That stupid xbox 360 has nothing to present that hasn't been already improved and as for game titles they have few that are good.

I want to start up a clan that will break into the homes of people with Xboxes, take them, and throw them off a cliff (the Xboxes, not the people).  We can do the world a favor by doing that.

Hey! I'll help with that. ;D

I always was annoyed by Microsoft trying to jump into video games. They just couldn't be content with being the rulers of computers... >:(

Cool!

That's what I hate about them.  They should limit themselves to computers.

Exactly. I hate it when rich people try to stick their dirty fingers into everything. (I.E. Bill Gates.)

I will join and we will strike fear into the cold hearts of Microsoft. We shall destroy them and laugh at their anguish with hearty "Hoo, ha, ha,"s and such.

Yeah...I'll join.

*Shifts awkwardly*

I...I had an xBox...

PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!!!

Just kidding. I really did have an xBox, but as of last week it has been SOLD! I am now officially Nintendo. Don't even try to question my loyalty to them.

Even when I had an xBox, though, I wasn't planning to get a 360. So I'll definitely join the clan!

Alright! That's four...we get a few more and we'll have our own Revolution!

That's right everyone! Rebel against the tyranny of the 360!!!

My fellow Xbox haters will get a kick out of this: http://www.smashmyxbox.com/

Ha, ha! I loved the black guy just standing there. Amazing! I wouldn't pay $400 something dollars just to smash and xbox360, though. That's why we have this tiny clan. To rob and destroy not purchase and destroy.

I'll join, and we can start with my X-box. :P

Back on topic: It's been confirmed again and again that TP is a GC title. There's even a new entry in TSA's Gannon-banned about it.

I believe TP is supposed to be released in March, whereas Revolution is to be released right around E3 2K6. Hooray!

I have a closet full of smashed XBox 360s :P

TP won't be released before April 1, as stated by Nintendo.

I didn't want to make a whole new topic for this, so I'll post it here.

OK, I was at my local EBGames just now and I somehow ended up buying Oracle of Seasons and pre-ordering TP. Long story short, the girl who helped me was a huge Zelda fan and convinced me to pre-order it.

Here's the thing: I asked her when it was coming out, and she said April 4th.

How credible is this? I don't know. However, I do know that she is an avid Zelda fan; one who is up-to-date on TP. So this may very well be correct. Of course, it may not. What do you think?

I already did the same thing about a week ago. I don't care if they might be wrong and I wasted 5 dollars but I  want it first.

You made the right choice as to whether the date is correct. Who knows?

It wouldn't be a waste. Most likely, it's coming out in April. I'm sure they reimburse your $5 if it's further delayed.

I should hope so. It seems that your friend is a quarter of a semi reliable source as we are all avid Zelda fans.

P.S. Check HA2 Victor. It's has come to shine its glory on us.

well, I think that if you download the game on the revolution new things will be unlocked. that would be cool. Like the wind waker, and the tingle tuner!

I wonder, though, how much adaptation we have to go through with the one-handed controllers.  :-\

Yeah I can't wait! I want to get TP for the wii and maybe wii sports if I have the money ! I think it is going to be so cool because instead of pressing a button to hit the ball (in tennis or baseball) you can just swing the motion sensitive remote! How awsome! :D
There is a list of games for the wii on http://wii.nintendo.com/home.html
As well as all the info. ;)
