I thought it would be a good idea to put a guide to posting in different ways, like bold and big letters.
Now, when you post, notice above there are those many small box thnigs where there are letters and stuff. Those are what are used. They will be labeled as followed:

1. Bold (make it darker)
2. Italic (make it slanted)
3. Underline (underline it)
4. Strikethrough (put a line through stuff)
5. Glow (stuff glow certain colors)
6. shadow (make a shadow for stuff to the right or left)
7. Marquee (make it more across post)
8. Preformatted text (don't know)
9. Left Align (all words moved leftwards)
10. Centered (all words in the center)
11. Right Align (To the right this time)
12. Horizontal Rule (don't know)
13. Font Size (make it bigger)
14. Font Face (make it a certain color)
15. Insert Flash (don't know)
16. Insert Hyperlink (insert a link to a site)
17. Insert FTP Link (don't know)
18. Insert Image (put a pretty picture on)
19. Insert Email (don't know)
20. Insert Table 9don't know)
21. Insert Table Row (don't know)
22. Insert Table Column (don't know)
23. Superscript
24. Subscript
25. Teletype
26. Insert Code
27. Insert Quote (insert a quote of another post)
28. Insert List (insert a bulleted list)
I will here explain how to use these:
Numbers 1-4; 7-11; 13; 16; 18; 25
Just put what you want inbetween the [something] and the [/something] . An example of bold is this.
Numbers 5-6; 13; 16
Once again, put it inbetween, but there's more now: for Glow, where red is change it to the color you want; for Shadow where red,left is change it to color and direction (like this: color,direction); for Font Size where 2 is change it to a larger number to make it bigger or smaller number for smaller print; and Insert Hyperlink your first [something] will be [url], so inbetween the l and the ] put a = and the name of the link, while inbetween the [something] and [/something] put a short, word or two so the link is smaller.
As you can see, this still needs work, so please PM me and tell me what blanked ones do and how to do them.
i dont get it, how do you do shadow?
Well, click the button that has a D with a shadow. Put it in between those two things that appear. It should be like this:

Also, you should NEVER make the mistake of putting it like this:

That just uses alot of space.
Umm... I don't see any shadow.
What about hyperlinks?
I don't know about hyperlinks, sorry.
And the shadow is a red shadow.
The hyperlink goes as such:
[url=*adress*]text[/url]
For example:
[url=http://desertcolossus.com/forum/index.php?board=12;action=display;threadid=2998]This thread.[/url]
Yields:
This thread. (http://desertcolossus.com/forum/index.php?board=12;action=display;threadid=2998)

Oh, yeah. That thing I just did there allows these things not to show up.
It works the same as the others, just put "code" in between the brackets.
I can't get code to work in code though. Heh.
