i hope this is on the right board. but what are your guys favorite foods? i like pasta.
I love pasta, but my favourite food is Roast Lunch! Its delicious...
I also love sushi, but not sashimi :)
Oh and I love chocolate as well!
Pasta, sushi and choclate!
Not meatloaf :-*
To me the greatest meal you could have is a big, juicy steak cooked medium rare, with a big baked potato with butter and a cold beer...perfection.
But I also love Italian, Mexican, and Chinese food.

For some reason I had feeling you'd like that type of meal!
It does sound good though, except that cold beer part.
Hehe yeah I am your stereotypical guy I guess. Just give me some red meat, point me to a grill, and I am in heaven
I weigh 115 lbs and I honestly don't know what to say... These days it seems as if I'm eating less and less. So I could actually be THINNER than 115 by now...
I want some more variety in asian cooking... not like that stuff wheere almost everything is coated in teriyaki sauce, but something that has more variety and flavor... like something really hot... Hmm... General Tso's chicken *drools*
Ohh yeah General Tso's chicken is my favorite Chinese cuisine, especially when it is really spicy.
The only ethnic food my sister will eat is sweet and sour chicken :-*
I will eat just about anything, especially thai,japanese,chinese,greek...you get the picture...

Well, it depends how old your sister is 'cause her tastebuds coud still be developing.
I think he said she was 12.
Oh, well then she's probably just picky.
Well I didn't really like Chinese food or Mexican food until I was much older. Alot of times kids just won't try new things because they stick with what they like.
Well, I didn't. When I was 10-11 I actuallytried and liked escargot. It was good.
that is so like my sister, she "hates" everything she hasnt tried.
favorite meal....oysters with hot sauce to start things off...then...a nice seafood pasta medley with lots of clams...then white mountain bread dipped in the juices of clams....delicious.
You could say I have a thing for seafood...
Sushi,procchutto,Tuna,and spicy food,
just that no meat except for salami, bacon, and procchutto.
I am so lucky, at my Monday Night Bible study group my aunt and Grandma make dinner every night. They are really good cooks of Japanese, hawaiin, and a bunch of other kidns of food.
Grilled lamb, onions, and green bell peppers, or roasted sweet potatoes. Or um, mushy peas with vinegar.
Strips of sticky dried banana with black coffee and cinnamon.
Coconut milk over sticky rice. Mochi daifuku! Korean-style spicy squid jerky.
And um...anything cake-y and sweet. You know what?! I want Paula Deen to come live with me and make me desserts. I'd gain 50 billion pounds, but it'd be oh-so heavenly.
:3 I'm kinda easy to please.

you have royal taste
I also have really trashy taste. It's like a guilty secret, but I saw a picture of one of those "hillbilly wedding cakes" things (a tower of Little Debbie/Hostess snacks, essentially) and I've been pining over it ever since. Ha.

Haha hillbilly wedding cakes...I have never heard of that. Surpised I didn't see that at the last wedding reception I was at as it was probably one of the cheapest ones I have ever seen.

what did it look like?
It did not look bad, the wedding was nice but it was cheap the recpetion was held in a VFW hall and it was just plain cheap...which is why a 19 and 20 year old should not marry.
my dad went to a cheesy wedding where they had the best men, bridesmaids, parents, and everything else come out of tunnels and be announced like football players.
Haha tunnels? I never saw that, when I was a groomsman for my sister's wedding we of course waited outside the reception hall and were introduced individually with our partner which is normal, but I have never seen a tunnel used.
No I mean they did the whole Superbowl deal, announcer in a booming voice, they came out jumping and stuff, and the audience was supposed to cheer and clap...then at the reception they made them wait three hours to eat, because they had a schedule and wanted to talk a lot.

omg, they must really like football... i never actually understood the sport, myself... i always figured, why run someone over because they have a ball.
Ok lets get back on topic about food, mostly because I am fighting the urge to put DFP in their place.
One food I could not understand people really liking is ham. Alot of people seem to love it and I have to endure it every Easter. But to me its not a real meat...meat should not be sweet. What is the appeal?
there is more to it. no, they just thought it would be funny and unique. It nosedived
Eh, I just like ham. :)
Although, it can't be deli thin. No meat should be that thin. *shudders*

I agree, bacon's good though!
Bacon!
Seriously though, I like bacon. I even put it on my grilled cheese sandwiches. That's goood stuff.
Yeah pork is a weird product to me. I absolutely hate ham and pork chops but love bacon and ribs.
What about Turkey sandwiches? I love them. They're the only sandwiches I'll eat, unless it's a BLT. OF course, I mean HOMEMADE sandwich...
I put
Turkey
Swiss (deli style)
Lettuce
Tomatoe
Mayo
Garlic powder (on the mayo)
Olive Oil (again, on the mayo)
And toast Whole grain bread, with salt and pepper over the lettuce and tomato.
Wow, you hate pork chops? Did you have a bad pork chop experience? :D I like them on a coal grill, but otherwise they're too tough or have the nasty uric piggy flavour.
I forgot to mention: tomato sandwiches, with either mayo or cream cheese, and a little tomaten gewürzsalz and pepper. Mmmm. The talk of sandwiches reminded me.

cracked wheat bread

mustard
lettuce
mayo
tomato
and sometimes chopped olives
Hmm...I can't quite say what my favorite food is, because I like a lot of things. But right now I have a taste for KFC. :D

i cant be chicken vegetarian if i so chose! and you would be to if you saw a video of a KFC factory in english class! like half of the people in a 60 kid room were crying!!! :(
p.s. i dont know why they showed us that in an english class.
Can't say I'm sad to have missed that. It would have made my love for deep-fried chicken lessen.
I am not a fan of fast food, I mean it's nice, but i feel awful afterwards.
Like I had a battered sausage and chips from the fish 'n' chip shop and I almost threw up afterwards, eurgh, never again.
I feel like having a creme egg...
no! Fight it! Come on, you don't need it! It has no power over you!
Sadly fast food is the only option for me on many nights when I have to work from 7-3 and then book to my class at 5-8, the only option is to grab some fast food on the way from the school I teach at to the college I take classes at.

One word: SUBWAY!
Or lacking subway, ARBY'S! Or some other place that sells deli sammiches.
mmm, I dig Arby's, though it is a tad expensive. Taco Bell owns.
Though I prefer not fast food. Meaty hamburgers are my favorite.

Well I have really grown sick of Subway and Arby's deli sandwiches are terrible in opinion.

You screwed up your quote man ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
well, at least fresh is better than fast food withg all that greasy fat. What about Wendy's?
Haha how the heck did I do that? Oh well
And Wendy's is fast food, it is just as fattening as McDonalds and BK, and I will NEVER eat there. I worked a little bit there when I was 15 and it is truely disqusting...especially what they put in the chili ;)
Yeah, I've heard from my friends that've worked fast food that it's pretty sick.
didn't that lady find a finger in the chili there? Except she planted it didn't she?
The finger thing is nothing compared to what I have seen and done. Lets just say this, if any meat fell on the floor, expect it in your chili hehe.
....oh well chili always tasted nasty to me anyways.
You know what's weird though? When I look at the health inspection ticket, they always have scores of OVER 100. WTF?! OVER 100?! Must've given them a REALLY biig curve because of a bribe...
What about the spicy Chicken? :D :D :D :D :D :D
Well they probably clean the place up like crazy before the inspector comes cause it is usually dirty as heck, especially during lunch rush, things are flying everywhere.
Spicy is fine, that is actually the only thing I get from there. Although I do prefer the Burger King one more.

Blah, that stuff tastes stale to me, no real heat with that kind of stuff...
AND NO MAYO!!! I wish restaurants would offer mayo packets... :-* :-* :-* :-*
Haha see that is why I prefer the BK one...I absolutely hate mayo :P but I love the buffalo sauce on the BK one.
