Link awoke one morning to the sound of cheering.
"What's going on out there?"
He went out, and Saria came running.
"Link! Link! The Great Deku Tree is speaking! He grew over night and now he's speaking!"
"Really? Can I come?"
"Mido is only letting people with a fairy go through."
"Aw, well I'll show him." Link took a bottle from the shelf and let out a pretty, little, pink fairy.
"Link, where'd you get that?!"
"Found her wandering around. She told me to call her Chii."
"Wow... well come on, he's letting people through now!"
"Right."

They got in line. Before they knew it it was there turn.
"Hi Saria. Go on through. Fairy or no fairy."
"Uh... Thanks, Mido..."
"Hold it, bub. Where do you think you're going?"
"I'm going to see The Great Deku Tree."
"You've got no fairy."
"Uh... she's right in front of you."
"LIAR!"
"Uh... Mido, Link's right. She's right in front of you."
"Riiight. 'Kay fine. Go on through."
After they got back, Link went to bed. He dream of himself, older, maybe... 16, and he was fighting something... it looked somewhat like this:

He died and woke straight up.
"Man, what a crazy dream.

I thought thatwas pretty good. It could be longer but by adding the picture from Twighlight Princess that made up for it :). Oh and just to add, in TP Ling isn't 16, he's 18...I know Im a nerd.
I feel the picture is fake, I don't remember magic power in TP.

You know what's wierd? Whenever I start a story I stop and almost NEVER continue it. :-[
Anyway, a few years had passed and Link was now wnadering around Hyrule.
