havent you noticed the first page on here is half sticky topics?
What does it mean if a topic is sticky?
it own't move.
Well, we have a lot of important things to talk about. A few of these stickies will be gone after matters are resolved.
the friendly reminder of the rules wasnt THAT important
Judgning by how new members have been posting, yes it is.
Well, we have a lot of people breaking the rules. So a reminder of the rules seems pretty necessary.
The rules should probably be sent to each board, just as specific ones for each board. Like a seperate set of rules for the chat board, and another set for the games board, and so on. How does that sound?
We have that. Normal rules, and Chatboard rules(which is normal rules minus spamming rules)
Yes, but i didnt think they were at the top of each board.
They are. Except for the Zelda boards. Which if someone were to spam there would be.......kinda stupid.
And as for Characters, that thread is for HA2, so putting none HA2 topics there is spam.
I'm bumping this up, seeing as how Whocares has once again decided to put endless amount of sticky topics in the GD.
Do we even NEED the "Current Affairs" OR the "Also For Jack"? There should be a maximum of no more than 4 stickied topics per board.
I agree. Stickies make regular topics go to the bottom of the list, and then, well, we have less to talk about. Get rid of some of them, guys!
can't mods merge topics???????
I wouldn't know, I'm not a mod, now am I? However, if they can, then I suggest some serious merging. Like ASAP.
Current affairs was stickied? There's no need for that.
All it did was incite a small argument with Rincewind..anyways, put the 'Also for Jack' with the other one he needs to look at..
Please do... if you want the boards more convenient, then merge or drop some topics. This is all I have to say on this matter. MasterKey, out.
Uhh... Gamefreak already did all that, like, yesterday.
I merged the two For Jack topics and dropped current affairs off the sticky list.
good job GF, those needed to be merged big time
