Well, it's too late for this to be in the Choice Awards MagmarFire made, so, I though it my be interesting to see your choices.
Pretty much like Maggy's, we're nominating right now.
I'll go third, so I know I'm not the only one doing this.
Worst Movie Ever Nominations
Eragon - 2
Matrix Revolutions - 2
Jaws 4 - 1
Mario Bros - 1
A Series of Unfortunate Events - 1
High School Musical - 2
kiss meets the phantom of the park - 1
Grudge - 1
Lady in the Water - 1
Hero - 1
Sleepover - 1
Children of Men - 1
I nominate "Eragon". They skipped about a third (or more) of the book in that film. An the lines were insanely cheesy.
I nominate Matrix: Revolutions, for obvious reasons.
Jaws 4, just look at the ending (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZbzdUwYqdI).

Oh God, that was horrible.
And the constant 'roaring' was physically impossible, too. And also, the flashback of the guy shooting the shark was from the first Jaws.
i nominate mario bros its just so bad.
It's so bad, it's GOOD!
I nominate A Series of Unfortunate Events. My least favorite actor, and they left out a lot, and lots of garbage.
I am SO reinforcing the nomination of Eragon.
I'm pretty much holding a grudge against Twentieth Century Fox right now. :P
Ugh, no theatre movie could be as bad as any disney channel movie, which my sister is obsessed with...High School Musical is the worst by far, it's so baaaadd....but there was so much hype about it. It's jokes were horrible and the setting was a huge exaggeration of real life.
I second the High School Musical Nomination
im a big fan of KISS but i have to say:
kiss meets the phantom of the park... *shudders*
I nominate Lady in the Water. It wa so completely random and spread out, I couldn't follow the plot for even 10 seconds if I tried.
grudge(that was horrible)
mario brothers sucked
thats about all I can think of right now.
I enjoyed Mario Bros. As for my nomination, I have to go with Hero. What with everyone dying several times, I had a hard time following what was going on.
Sleepover. All it had in it was convenient occurances that saved the main character's butt.

Don't say that. My school has spontaneously broken into song before. What a day.
I hated that movie too, but it wasn't as bad as Lady in the Water...

Oh I know, what school hasn't? It's just that I have NEVER seen an entire school full of people who didn't know what a creme broulee was. Tsk tsk, that did them in.

Yeah, oddly enough, our school doesnt do spontanious outbursts of song. I wish it would, that could make things more interesting.
Anyhting would make my school more interesting. A dead fly would make my school more interesting.

TOO MANY QUOTES!!!!!!!!
Can we stop now?
So no one wants to reinforce the EXTREMELY bad ending to the Matrix trilogy?
Man, the Matrix is horribly overrated, if you ask me. I only liked the original and Reloaded for the awesome action sequences. The whole story was horribly idiotic, and took itself way too seriously.
So I guess for a bunch of movies I mentally classify as "Mindless Popcorn Flicks," even Revolutions was too bad to warrant this classification. The action sequences were horrible (the Assault of Zion is one of the worst movie battles ever.), it was terribly anticlimactic (lol Neo's dead...what now?), and it generally sucked overall. There was none of the kung-fu awesomeness that redeemed the first two for me, just Neo and Smith going at it DBZ style.
It is for this reason that I second JQ's nomination of The Matrix Revolutions.
That reinactment of the Civil War drawn in anime.
What? You've never heard of it?
Worst movie....That Jaws ending seemed incredibly dumb. And I've only seen the first Matrix.
Ohh, heres another bad movie: The Neverending Story. It's like 6 hours long, no joke. It actually makes you want to kill yourself the first hour in, becuase you realize that there are 5 more hours of nonsense. :P
You're dead to me now.
Seriously, how could you not like The Neverending Story? I don't even remember it being that long. :-\
Edit: According to the IMDb, it's only 94 minutes long.
i hated the ending to the children of men movie... IT SUCKED. like the beginning and middle were okay, but like the ending was awful!
i hate movies like that

BLASPHEMY! :o
I love that movie! I was practically obsessed with it when I was younger! :D
But to each his own opinion, I guess.
Well, having this poll could be a little complicated, so I'll make two.
Also, in a week, the polls begin.
WHA?! Wouldn't having TWO of these things be even MORE complicated?
Simplicity = small in number
Confusion = TOO MANY TO COUNT!
I dont even know what polls that you guys are talking about. :-[

i soo agree with u ;)
Wait, let me explain. I meant to say '...l make two each.' but forgot the 'each'. I'm putting two nominations only on each poll, and each poll lasts six days. If I can't make it, I'll ask someone to make the poll for me and which nominations to put up.
That... still doesn't make sense. Each of what? Two polls is a bit complicated... I say it only needs but one. We have enough nominations, so why not plug them in and leave it at that?
It refers to nominations. And not two polls: many polls with two nominees. That way we're sure to see which out of two people hate more.
That.... is still too complicated... wouldn't it just be a hundred times simpler to put them all in one bag?
Not to mention, MUCH more preferred.
Well, I could make the number of ones in the polls larger, but not all of them, because then it would be the same thing as the nominations, we need to see jsut which sucks the worst little by little.
?
But with the academy awards, and with any big awards, there is almost always five to a category, and if not five, then 3.
I don't care much for academy awards, sorry.
As much as it pains me to say it, I...agree with Whocares. It'd be like a tournament, where you pit two crappy movies against eachother until the finalists face off for the title of World's Suckiest Movie.
And there's really only one category here, JQ.
So, anyone else agree with me that my way makes sense in that you concentrate on just two movies per poll rather than many together?
