I think he means that Midna and the wolf transformation should come back (I agree) instead of just a one game thing.
But, Impa is in OOT in 3D and each game brings at minimum about 3 new monsters each game.

I'd like to see Dark Link be a final boss and for him to actually have a story and dialogue. Also it would be cool to have an item/spell that would allow Link to teleport. Not as in warping from one warp point to another. It would allow  you to teleport wherever you wanted. You could teleport behind an enemy and attack him for example. It be kinda like Nightcrawler from X-men 2.

Seeing Vaati in 3D would be love to me, seriously. As well as the return of Dark Link, and maybe not Ganon, because he's rather over-used.

I don't think the wolf transformation/Midna should return; they are great characters, but it would seem rather... cheap to tack them on the new WiiZelda, especially after the fact that TP is the first Zelda game for the Wii, and then... yeah... >>;

Some Minish in the game would be nice, but I think they were a one-of thing... Return of musical instruments and a random annoying partner with no connection to the storyline would be nice, too. I was rather annoyed at the lack of instruments in TP; I mean, grass whistles are nice, but I was looking forward to an instrument. (Howling is fun, though. Sounds bad, but it's fun.)

Ugh, I hated the howling....especially since it was a one-shot deal and once you did it you couldn't howl the songs again...

I would like to see a game that combines the Minish and Twili and all them, that would be interesting...maybe some outer force that makes Link have to team up with Ganon to defeat...

I know how you feel. I really wanted to howl the Song of Healing and the Requiem of Spirit and the Overworld Theme a lot more than I was able to. ;w;

But I don't think Ganon and Link should pair up... unless Zelda's added in, too. Like, some outside force tries to get the triforce, but none of them are willing to give it up, so they fight against it; and the story could go along as it has in Paper Mario games, where Mr. Important Hero will finish their section, then onwards to the Princess, followed by the bad guy. Or any order, really, but...

Even if it's a direct sequel to TP (unlikely, because it had been in development for over a year when TP was released) I wouldn't like to see Midna make a return. That would kill the ending of TP.

Personally, I want them to start from scratch. I don't mean that they should create an entirely new Zeldaverse, with a new timeline. The timeline must remain, as well as other important Zelda elements like the Triforce, Ganon and Hyrule. Notice that I don't mention the Master Sword. :-*

If Wiilda shall feel different, it must also be made different. As far as geography goes, I'd like them to at least include Death Mountain, Lake Hylia and the Lost Woods.

Lately, the Zelda series have gotten more and more linear. I think that Wiilda needs to be more like the original, with its very open Overworld. Of course, there would be places you can't get to without certain items or completing certain sub-quests.

Speaking of items. One thing that could make the next Zelda very different from the rest of the series, but not so different that it would hurt the gameplay, would be if the items were to be removed from the dungeons and replaced by spells. Of course, the game should still have as many items as any Zelda game, and they should remain a major focuse in the dungeons, but instead of getting them in dungeons you can buy them in shops, win them in games, get them after completing sub-quests, find them in dark caverns/ruins/mini dungeons.

I don't know how much space the Wii discs can take, but I'd like it to have an Overworld half the size of Cyrodiil in Oblivion, AT LEAST. I'm not going to suggest multiple towns, though. That would be great, but I'd rather it have one massive town/city full of people and with free camera than several half deserted towns or crowded towns with fixed camera.

I still think there should be 2-3 villages and one smaller town. I don't know why, but when I think of that smaller town I always imagine a peaceful sea-side town with a windmill as its landmark.

As far as the timeline goes, I'd like it to take place some time after ALtttP, hence explaining the abscence of the Gorons (the Japanese version of ALttP says that there once lived a high mountain people at Death Mountain). That should also make Death Mountain a very dangerous mountain, and it should, like in ALttP and AoL, be full of caverns crowded with beasts and humanoid monsters.

Hyrule Castle have in most games been made to resemble a dungeon. In Wiilda I think it should be made to be more like a "town", with all the usual stuff a medieval castle has, like servants' quarters, a throne room, bedrooms for the king, Princess Zelda, Impa (I think she should be more like that old lady she was in the original), the captain of the guard, noble guest, a banquet hall for formal occasions and a royal dinner chamber for more private meals, an armoury, guard barracks, dungeons, etc.

That's just some of the ideas I have.

I don't know why she deleted her account,(although I strongly suspect she is the new Midna person) but I think they need to keep the water temples. They aren't as hard as the action-hungry puzzle haters make them out to be. I love the challenge and I love puzzles.

Water temples are fun and a crucial part of Zelda; they add the puzzle part of the game. They aren't that hard if you just sit there and look through the rooms you've been through. owo;

Personally, I'd prefer a temple full of puzzles to a temple full of enemies. If all I wanna do is kill stuff, I'll play Halo or Motal Kombat. Zelda shouldn't turn into another mindless fighting game. There are already enough of those.

Yes, we need more puzzles, like OOA does. But not ones too hard, like the floor tile puzzle in the 4th dungeon of Ages. That takes forever without a guide.

Pretty much summed it all up.

I so wanna see lots of Zoras, and possibly be one. I also want to see a twin, or tri-storyline, like Baten Kaitos Origins. You involuntarily go back a thousand years before the world was destroyed by Wisemans corruption, and they handled that storyline really well. But what I don't want is Ganon, unless a different bad guy takes him out witha smile on their face, and voice acting. And Link talking, not just grunts. And Link being corrupted in some way, with the power of his Triforce.

You should read the new article on ZB if you still think Link should talk. 8)

You don't want him to talk? It would be better than voice acting, in some ways.

It would kill the game. Simple as that. :-*

QuoteAnd Link being corrupted in some way, with the power of his Triforce.

The Triforce of COURAGE is unlikely to corrupt anyone. Besides, according to AoL and ALttP has a balanced heart. And that includes Wisdom. And TMC states that Link has a pure heart. Otherwise he wouldn't be able to walk on the clouds.

Yes, there are several Links. But I believe they are all connected, in more than blood.

Yet another example of a comment that needs a link.
I think that they should have Link travel back in time to stop Ganon, who went back to keep Hyrule from being united. Thus the Zoras, Gorons, Hylians, Sheikah and all the other races are at war with eachother. Link would have to get them to get along so Hyrule could be formed.

EvilSlayer, how would Link talking take out Zelda? And not all the Links hae to be pure good. And the only one confirmed to be "pure" was TMC Link. We should actually get to see Link besides the guy that saves the princess. Superman is pure, and thats why he sucks now. Being pure implies predictablity, and that takes away from the character. If Link is always pure, what can go into his personality even if he does talk?

I thought that you have to be pure to wield the Master Sword and the Four Sword, so add the OOT, TP, MC, FS, an FSA links to the list.

I think that Link shouldn't talk, but voice acting for everyone else would be wonderful. I always keep saying to my self when I play Zelda "I wonder what this persons voice sounds like" and thats just annoying. I was excited when I heard that Midna was the first Zelda character to have voice acting, but then when I got the game I'm like "WTF, whats the point of giving her VA when she talks in another language?". Speaking of which, if shes talking in Twili (which I am guessing is what shes speaking), how can Link or anyone else understand her?

I'd like Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf to team up to fight a greater evil, one that is threating Zelda and Ganondorf''s power.

And you don't need to talk to have a personality. Just look at the TWW and TP Links. Plenty of personality there, yet they didn't utter a single word.

That show made Link look like a retard. The writers had him acting like a four year old most of the time and the at times he was serious he had horible dialoge. The whole "excuuuuuuse me princess" thing was funny (an obvious Steve Martin ripoff) but the show relied on that joke too many times and couldn't seem to come up with something new other than groan inducing one liners. The action parts were cheesy as well. I think that making a comedy show about Zelda is a bad idia, Zelda has always been about action/adventure. Links a warrior, not a comedian.

You'd like characters like Agitha and Fyer to get a voice? :-* Besides, do you realize how expensive it is? There's a reason why Oblivion have so few voice actors. If there's, say, 15 voice actors for 100 NPCs that would be even worse than adding lots of look-alike NPCs, like most RPGs do. The difference is that the looks of the NPCs is something you can do something about. There's a limit on how much someone can alter their voice.

I'd like to see a 3D Crazy Tracy, with a much bigger role than the LA version, and more in-depth personality. I mean, even her name says it all. ;D She'd probably be one of those characters who makes you laugh out loud.
