So, on my original (and totally completed) TP file, I was just running around doing random things; digging, wasting rupees, Cave of Ordeals, etc., when I went to replenish my Great Faerie's Tears. I went to Lanaryu's spring because I like hers (or his) the most, and slowly edged up sideways as a wolf, pretty much just.. screwing around for a lack of a better term.
Then, the screen went as to what it would be like for a cutscene or something like that. (d-pad, b and a buttons gone, heart meter hidden, etc.) Wolf Link looked up at Midna for a split second and it just... ended. No speech, no movement or anything, just that. I tried to do it again, and I just fell off the little cliff of the spring, then swam around and fished for a while, then got the tears again.
I think it was a one-time only thing, but... Eh. XD
On a partially related note, I also got a Kargaroc stuck in the little bridge in Southern Hyrule field. (just above Ordona Province) I was trying to get to that treasure chest and wait while I used the restroom, (I was waiting for it to become night in the game anyways) and a Kargaroc attacked me. I already had my clawshot out, so I just hit it and continued on. Then I went above the bridge later, and it was IN the bridge... owo;
Hmm, I've never heard of anything like that happening. :-\
One time my borther was in the sacred grove and it just turned of on him.
That happened to me in the Goron Mines!
If that ever happens again, try opening the disc slot, leaving it for a few seconds, and then closing it again, with the game still on. I'm not sure how safe this is for your disc and GameCube (or are you using Wii?) , but it's a trick that I've occasionally had to employ on cd-running consoles, and it's generally worked. I always thought of it as sort of the equivalent of poking it. :B
Sounds like people are starting to learn about the glitches of TP.

I have it for the Wii. XD; But it's still possible to do that, I had fun with CD-streaming for a while.
I've never had a glitch in the game ever. :)
In the bridge? Well, Link's sword can go through walls, so I'm not very surprised.
