I saw it all ready. Good stuff, right there. If you didn't see it, well, then, get up off your butt and go. Right now.

I want to see it, but it was sold out for the past two days. ;-; Same with pretty much every other movie... I didn't even have any idea there were THAT many people living in this town! :0

How much do DVDs cost nowadays? 'Bout twenty bucks, right? Go buy it, go watch it, go enjoy it, then go see this one. How's that sound? :)

Well, I never saw the second one and I still went to go see the third one.  :P

Yes, I pretty much used up a ticket for no good reason. ;)

Well, then I'd advise you to see it too. It was just as awesome, if not more so, seeing as how it had one extremely awesome thing which could've made this one even more awesome. I was really upset when I found out what happened to this extremely awesome thing. It was probably the only thing I really disliked about this movie.

In case you're wondering what awesome thing I'm talking about, read on. Spoilers ahead in white. Ye be warned.

The Kraken. It dies. And not even a good death either. It died in between movies. That was an incredibly lame end to such an awesome creature.

Ah, I loved this movie...! Totally worth watching! The final battle was just SO satisfying, and Jack is his clever, frivolous self as usual! :P

If you were dissatisfied with the ending of the entire movie, however, I wouldn't really worry about it. If Disney is going to be its typical self when it comes to franchising, there'll probably be another sequel. In fact, a little bird told me that Disney was thinking about making three more. Good or bad?

It depends on whether it goes the way of so many extended movie franchises and starts to repeat it's jokes and become boring and unimaginative.

Quote from Mako Tsunami:

QuoteI fed his Dark Magician to my Fiend Kraken.  It was just like the ending to Pirates of the Caribbean, only better.

Three more, huh? Yeah, well, I don'yt exaclty know if I can stomach another three movies. I mean, sure, all these three were good, but if they have more, I think maybe the series will become stale and boring... they should just let it end at the third one.

Sounds good.  Slight problem, though.  I've gots me no money.  And I haven't really been trying to get this job at Blockbuster so I can have some money.  I really need to call them about my application.  Time to write me a note.

I just got back from it. XD It was amazing. Sadly, everyone I liked in the series kind of... died. XD;; One of them was a zombie, though, so... I guess that's cool? I dunno. XD

OMG yeah, I was wondering why he always had his men speak for him :P

I loved it, saw it last night, but my uncle didn't like the final battle, even though I thought it was awesome. To learn why read this, it has spoilers:

He said the whole marriage thing ruined the fight, even though I thought it added to the hilarity of some of the parts

I don't know why, but this was my least favorite of the series. I got really bored in the middle.

Also, the ending was just begging for a sequal.

Yes, they definitely left room for a sequel, the question is whether they are just using that to round out Jack's character or to actually set up a fourth movie. They set records with this one, I'm sure another will only rake in more dough.

The thing about being bored in the middle, I wasn't, but I think with most people it was because there wasn't a bunch of fighting and stuff in the middle. I don't really care for that though, I was glad to see all the character development and such that seems to rare these days.

Well, the character develpoment was good but.... there was too much.
Was it just me, or did it seem that in the second movie/middle of this movie that Elizabeth didn't like him at all?

I really want to see this, but I've got to rent the second one first. Hey, I'll do that today! *lazy*

Who? And "too much" character development? Bah! ;D

Spoilers:

Was anybody else disappointed that there wasn't a massive fleet battle at the end? There certainly looked like there was gonna be one, but then only the Pearl and the Dutchman duked it out. It seemed kind of unbelievable that that giant armada would just run away like that after doing absolutely nothing and losing one ship.

...And the Kraken could've made it all the more awesome. It could've participated in the whirlpool battle, and then they'd kill it, sending it down into the abyss. God, I'm still really pissed off about what they did to that beautiful, original Scandinavian brute.

Yes, that was a kind of confusing to me as well, but I suppose losing your leader like that is a big hit to your morale

I actually didnt really mind the movie, I really had no criticism. Only, um, that they make a sequel even better than the last, is all. ;)
