(yes i'm new but not to zelda forums- my 'zeldapower' site well something weird hapened to it)(you guys don't have the smily i want)
anyway this is a topic that was at ZELDAPOWER it turned out pritty well so enjoy!

So, The legend of zelda is based on a book of J.R.R. Tolkien? Or on a movie of Uwe Boll?

And no to the dumb Question....
No, seriously...

Why is it called the Legend of Zelda when the Princess plays a important yet smaller part of the story.

Technically, she's just a cross between a bird and a human/Hylian. It's not everyday that you see a talking bird, save Kaepora Gaebora, right?
