Title: Something very unexpected....
Post by: Mysterious F. on June 06, 2007, 02:11:35 PM
Does anyone else find it strange how Link still has a pair of clothes that fits him after seven years of incapacitation?

His clothes are magical, buh.

No, I think that Rauru dressed him when he began to grow too big for his clothes.

And also cut his hair, put him in white tights, and pierced his ears. (http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p55/Commodore_Axilon/Forum%20Crap/quagmire.gif)

Rauru played dress up with little (and big) boys?  :-[

This reminds me oh so much of Michael Jackson for some reason.  :o

Mabey his cloths are made of elastic or somthing.

Young Link (http://saria.coolfreepage.com/images/oot/slinglink.gif)
Adult Link (http://saria.coolfreepage.com/images/oot/powerswing2.gif)
Let's compare these two pictures of Link.  Child Link has no pants, gloves, or earrings; Adult Link has pants, gloves, and earrings.  Tunic and boots on Adult Link does not looked stretched out.  I hereby conclude that Link's clothing can not be made out of elastic.  Especially because elastic anything cannot turn into elastic anything else.

And how can you stretch earrings from...well, nothing? Young Link had no earrings to begin with, so how'd he end up with them? Oh, wait, Hi no Seijin already said that. Dang it! He beat me to it! XD

And I'm sorry, Hi no Seijin, but I'm seeing the Red X of Doom from both pictures.

Do the links fix the problem?

Unfortunately, no; it says that I "don't have access to this document" for both pictures. Eh, it doesn't matter. I get what you're saying anyway. ;)

Okay, they either one, changed his clothes for him, or two, they magically changed.

Or, while his soul was trapped in the sacred realm, his body went on a shopping spree!

So, Rauru played dress-up with a little boy while he was sleeping.  So what?  Big deal.  He's a priest, it's sort of expected nowadays.

*Ice Burn time*

That is sadly true.

Honestly, I try not to think too much into it.  Simplifies things for me, you know?  Kind of makes me a giant like that, it does.

Nintendo has a lot of explaining to do. Like... Lord Jabu-Jabu's Belly. Or how Shadow Link has a Shadow. Or how being x feet under water doesn't crush him. Or how being x feet in the air doesn't suffocate him.
