Orochimaru. Yes, he's quite ugly. He's the main villian of the majority of the series so far, but recently he's been killed and is being reincarnated in his minion Kabuto Yakushi. (The guy who Fisk got)

As far as I know based on results of the test, the only living characters are Itachi, Kabuto, and Kisame.

Well, you were killed by your subordinate Sasuke. (who's on the test)
Tayuya was killed by Temari, Kimmamaro died from a deadly disease, Gaara died from having a demon sealed inside of him being extracted, but got revived. Haku died protecting Zabuza, who died from multiple injuries.
Anyone else on the test is not even known to be on the test.

Also, I've confirmed it. Haku and Zabuza are on the test results. So we have:

Haku
Haku (白, Haku? written in jōyō kanji, meaning "white") is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Naruto created by Masashi Kishimoto.
In the Malaysian dub, Haku's given name was changed to Shiro in episode 15, leading to the belief that this was in fact his surname. Haku has never been given one, however.
Despite only playing a prominent role at the beginning of the series, Haku has made several appearances in flashbacks throughout the series, including one in the second part of the manga. He also ranks consistently high in official character polls, though he's no longer in the top ten.
Haku was born in a perpetually snowy village in the Land of Water at a time where those with a kekkei genkai were irrationally feared. Haku's mother was one of those with a kekkei genkai, and attempted to hide that fact, eventually marrying and giving birth to Haku. While they were able to live in peace for a time, Haku eventually discovered that he had inherited his mother's gift, and accidentally revealed their secret to his father while toying with his newfound power.
Haku's father rallied a small mob and had his wife murdered. Also, please note that this test was made some time ago, when alot of the current enemies didn't even exist. The newly-introduced enemies so far are Sasori, Deidara, Zetsu, Tobi, Kakuzu, the Akatsuki Leader, and Hidan.
Also, contrary to popular beliefs and the episodes of Naruto:The Abridged Series, Haku is male, but just plain old wierd.

These are the evil villians, not the main cast of characters, like Naruto, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Lee, Neji, and Sakura. (I put Sakura at the end of the list because she's done absolutely nothing until Shippuden)
Sakura is actually one of my favorite characters in Shippuden.
I like Kakuzu and the ninja cats. And the ones that I liked form Part I.

Zabuza. He was the first major protagonist that appeared in the series. He died in about 14 episodes/25 chapters after he was introduced.
