Okay, so I drew a picture of Mokern Igorious, one of my characters from TDC's Hyrule Adventures. He is not as nearly as evil as I wanted him to look. He looks to me like a South Park character. Well, here you go, the dreaded Mokern Igorius...

Like I mentioned in the other thread, Art presentations shouldn't go unspoken of (at least a bit of hate-mail, right? :D). Ah, so here we have Mr. Igorious... well, for one, he does well in showing us a neutral view of his appearance, complete with the parchment and the--ooh...shard-like thing around his neck ^^. A plus are the general dimensions of the character, while I'm thinking that the "bottom half" could be longer (judging from the white waistband-like number), the overall figure is not at all disturbing/startling. Your comment about him not looking too evil might just be in the eyes... the way they're parallel to the brows and roughly looking straight ahead gives a blanker, quieter look. As far as him looking like a South Park character, I wouldn't really say that myself, but maybe it's because of how his clothes kind of billow out (lots of arm room) especially in the upper body? It's all stylism to me. By the way, I love the left foot, and the ears give this sort of personality to him that is just undeniable.
Thumbs up! I'm glad you shared this with us; don't stop drawing. If we could all draw with this kind of flair, no one would have any question as to what each respective HA character looked like. ^_^

we draw alike in ways my heads are bigger and most of the time my people look too happy for their own good.
Drawing things out of preportion is a problem I have never learned to fix. I probably could have done better if I drew guide lines, but I was using pen. I use pen because the graphite in pencils gives me killer migraines.
I like the drawing, but as you said does not look that evil but it is still a great drawing. I wish I could draw my character but the only thing I can draw are stick figures...hmmm gives me an idea :o

Go for it, dude! ;D Who says you have to be an artist to create great memerable images from HA? Remember this one from Vidunu's execution?

I just noticed that Mokern looks more like he is a guy directing landscapers he hired to fix up his yard, while drinking a mug of beer than someone just got done reading a scroll with Wyndisis commands to burn a person alive.
Wow, that's a fun one ^^. Makes me itch to go make some history in HA2... We should resurrect the ol' art thread and all contribute to some quality stick-figure chronicles!
Well when I was around I think our whole Art Thread had about 1 item of art and about 20 posts. Of course after I left maybe more art showed up but I have a good idea of a stick drawing for Rugger from the original HA.
